  1. Well I got back 3 weeks ago from Europe with my french passport...

And had my maiden name on my passport and my green card with my married name.

When I left the US the lady asked me to see my green card and passport... I shown her my marriage certificate to....

I didn t have any problem coming back to the US ....

Many of us done this to come back to the US ...

Bring your marriage certificate with you...

  2. Yeap been there... I know it frustrating staying home, not be able to earn ay money for the couple... And be alone..

Also I was in Galway for 5 years where i had a lot of friends, where you just wlak into the street knowing someone and going for a good old Irish pint... Without planning anything in my day i was sure to meet someone i knew...

Have yo utried to join an Irish group the irish population is big in the US ... And usally do have a lot of expats Irish clubs...

Soon the wait for your EAD will be over and then getting out there is fun.

try to get some projects for the day,

I know that meeting people in the US is a little difficult.

Good luck to oyu hope things will be better sure and i m sure it will.

Sending some good mojo your way

  3. My husband and I went through the same thing when i arrived...

It was hard on both of us...

As I couldn t work i was at home all day long...

    Doing all the cleaning, cooking....

Trying my best to spend times alone...

Well by 6 pm when he was back home he was the same thing sat in front ofthe TV ... to tired to talk...

We went into a deal where 3 times a weeks we do not watch the tv... Or do not go around the computer...

Like this we can speak together, try togo out for a little dinner, Or film...

Living with someone at the starter can be hard for the both part ... Hard to adjust...

My husband need his down times when is coming back home so i tried togive him a little space...

The best way to put down things on the table is to talk...

Good luck and sure things will be fine

  4. My husband and I decided to take a little dog for me about a year ago...

He wasn t for the idea of a dog at the starting...

We went to all the dogs shelter in Denver... Without any luck...

Look all around in the papers as well... No luck

    then found one o craigslist.

We looked for a dog for about 2 months.

The reason why we took a dog was for me as i didn t have a lot of friends we thought that getting me a fluffy one be good..

Her little dog is really part of the family...
