We are going with the I-130. We have to have the Affidavit of Support and the medical done regardless which one we opted to go with. Time isnt an issue ) Getting everything right is important so once he is here we have no more obstacles. But please let me know what goes on with your case and we can compare notes and maybe help each other with questions

Congrats to you too!!! Finally past the USCIS!! Whew!! That in itself feels good. Did you get your i130 and k3 approved at same time? and if so did nvc send you info on both? I posted something in the K3 section about my dilema...can you read it and tell me if nvc did the same with you?
