    Just received my welcome letter from the uscis this nov. 16 and now waiting for my Gc to come and uscis said they mailed it already on nov. 18 hope this coming week will be in my hand! ;)

    hi have you heared of the latest development in USCIS? It is changing its lockbox to Texas.It maybe the reason why for the past few months they have slow approval.And know what, they are changing the filing fee from $455 to $340 effective NOv 23..Lucky for the dec filers and onwards and unfair to us.

    i checked my previous case no. in USCIS and here's what i've got..On June 23, 2010, we mailed a notice acknowledging withdrawal of this application or petition I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). If you have not received the notice within 30 days of June 23, 2010, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If at some point in the future you wish to pursue the benefits provided by this application or petition, you must file a new application along with all applicable fees and evidence.
