The food is fantastic and im so glad that Tamer can cook...he has learned to cook deer meat in so many ways that I actually like eating it. You know during this process you will have down days and then you will have some really great days...each time we got good news about the paperwork and the interview were amazing days and make you forget any hard times. Keep moving closer to having him here.

I hope we can go back to visit his family next year. My kids and I were there last April and Tamer left there in Aug. We do get to talk to them alot and see them online several days out of the week. I love his family so much,they are such wonderful ppl. His parents are going to Saudi soon for the pilgrimage. I hope things start to settle all over the middle east soon for everyones safety

feel free to call me any time 706 662 1643. Tamer finally was able to make his fav eygptian food today (kosary). We all enjoyed it and Im thankful he is a great cook since I love the food from there. Tell Ahmed to brush up on his cooking skills if he hasnt already.

Amber this whole process sucks and is stressful...you have friends you can go to when you are feeling down. Just wait till he is here, you will be happier. The stress doesnt end there...adjustments can be hard too but you have each other to get through anything. The time will seem like it was nothing when you are together. IT seems like Tamer has always been here with me now.

We are doing great here....we just celebrated our 2nd anniversary and it was great to be in the same place for this one. The first one we had to spend online . I see you have one coming up soon and a birthday as well. I hope you get some good news to celebrate both. My birthday is 8 days after you. This will be a good month for you....Im praying for you. I bet you are excited to be one day closer to seeing your husband. Some of the posters here have nothing better to do then make someone else sad like they are....Misery loves company. Keep your head up and go enjoy your time with him

You know not everyone is a downer on here and some of us like to help when we can. I do believe in being honest when asked something and I hope people here appreciate honesty, I just try a little harder than most to do it with tact (something many know nothing about). Everything here is good, I just wish the postal system there would get back in it. We have a box for my in-laws that we have had ready to send when all the protesting began and the post office has a hold on mailing anything to Egypt right now. I hope you get some news soon, its the not knowing that really bites.

Wow, just hang in there. This process is a pain in the #### but when its done, it is worth it. Then you get to sit back and laugh at all you have been through to be together. Next challenge is living in the same place and adjusting to all the quirks you didnt know about and that can be just as fun and challenging some times. The patience you are gaining now will help in the living together part

Have you heard anything else from the embassy? We are praying that those in your situation start getting the heads up about what is really going on. I can only imagine the feelings you are having now. Best wishes and keep me posted.
