Hi all, Got my NOA 2 July 30 each time i call they tell me no MNL# is ready yet.

Should I go ahead and email them or wait till the 30th?

Thanks everyone for your help. Got email and letter from Cherry Blossoms saying they are not a IMB and adding terms of use. Will send out tomorrow.

I did answer yes because they charge a fee and did not want to answer wrong. Will make a copy of the tearms of use and send them with the RFE. Thanks for your help!

Hi everyone started my visa journey in May. Just got a RFE had met my future wife on a website called Cherry Blossoms. The RFE is about that web site says I am to get a signed written consent from that the international marriage broker obtained from the beneficiary authorizing the release of her personal contact information to me.

Am i to contact the web site or have Grace write something a little confused. The web site keeps that information. After time we exchanged that information our self. Any way thanks for the help in advance.

2 questions:

1. Has it been a full 2 years since the NOA2 date on the prior? If not, you need to seek a waiver of the IMBRA rules before you file.

It has not been 2 years yet will look into that.

2. Did you get the K-1 canceled, or worse, did she get it issued? You can cancel it any time before the K-1 is issued by letter to the consulate where the interview is supposed to be held. Did you do that?

She told me she had a interview set up. But did not goto it because she had started annulment.

Think she made it to the medical exam. This happened in 2009.

If it will be a problem anything i can do to fix it besides asking him to cancel petition.
