My wife and daughters aos was sent back saying the check amount is incorrect or has not been provided. My wifes fee is $1070.00 my daughter who is 9 years old is $635.00. i made out only one check for $1705.00, the best i can understand about the notice is they want 2 seperate checks. It dont say 2 seperate checks it just says returned because check amount is incorrect or has not been provided. Should i just make out 2 checks and leave the packets together like the AOS people have it stapled? Do i just leave the rejection notices stapled to the papers?

On my daughters(step)G-325A should i put my wifes current address as her place of residence?

Do we really need to send 6 months of check stubs when we apply for AOS. What if your last check stub shows your year to date earning?

I don't know how close you are to Texas (we're about an hour from Shreveport) but we found an ok guy here in Tyler TX. Wasn't awesome, but didn't really suck either. Paid just under 200. The husband didn't need any vaccines though.

Anyone have any experiance with civil surgeons in Louisiana?

Called one civil surgeon today and he wanted to do a complete phyical, told him ivys medical was less than one year old.He told me so what it was the complete phyical or nothing for 500.00 dollars. I called another one and they say ivy and my step daughter had to have the TB test and STD test and he would charge 300.00 dollars for each one.I told him you must be joking about STD test for my step daughter cause she was only 9 years old!Gonna call some more tomorrow.

Ivy applied today and at first the lady at the SS office tell her she could not get SS card,but Ivy give her the forum i printed from here that says K1 can get SS card, and after reading the forum she told Ivy she have her card in 2 weeks. Thanks VJ

My fiance POE is San Francisco with a connecting flight to Dallas.Will she have to clam her checked baggage in San Francisco and go through customs or will she clam them in Dallas?

Wife just called as she left the embassy. She was a approved She said the interviewer was very nice, only had a few simple questions. Those who have beed through this know how I feel. Those that are preparing for it good luck. If I can help I will.
