      You have overcame so much! Be happy and do the interview again. If you can get his felony dropped as you did, you can do anything. Just jump through their hoops so your family can be together soon

    We won our case!! The felony was dropped to a class B misdemeanor. The consulate just received the certificate of disposition.

    Wow...I never check my comments so I didn't even realize you posted anything. Good for you that you found a job and moved. I wish you all the best. Still no luck in our case yet but there is still hope, and as long as there is still hope I will continue to try.

    Met with lawyer and we found out that my husband didn't have any deportation proceedings against him. Yeah us.

    My daughter and I are getting on a plane tomorrow to see my husband :D

    I just finished my third Christmas without my husband. :( My daughter woke up this morning and didn't want to open her presents. She said, "I'm sad mom, I want Daddy." I feel horrible.

      Hi! I read what you wrote on the NVC mistake thread and I was wondering how you were able to request that kind of divorce paper you received with red & blue fibers w/ irridescent seal. I hope you can tell me. I was worrying we'd also get the same RFE since my husband's divorce paper was on plain paper as well.

      Thank you for your concern guys...I'm praying. There is minimal medical care over there but at least he get some sort of help to get through this. I'm hoping an intravenous is enough for his body to heal naturally.

    I know we have a really hard case....but I pray everyday for my fairytale ending of getting my husband back home. I miss him.

    I only saw my husband for three weeks this year. How does everyone deal with nonsense? I NEED my husband back, and there is no end in sight. :(

      You're lucky you saw your husband three weeks,I only saw my husband 4 days.I know it's very hard to wait but try to get busy with something.I recently joined the GYM.

    Just for future reference...I know everyone means well when they answer my topics, and I know they are trying to help....but please have a heart guys. All of us that are seperated from our families are not in a good mental state so please consider that when you are talking AT us instead of TO us.     Why do we need a paper for my husband and I to live on the same piece of soil? Was government in general always this cruel? Where did the U.S. go wrong. No more "We the People" for the better good of everyone in society. Heartless and cold.
