Wanted to say congrats on the baby and marriage as well. Hopefully things will be resolved soon. I think if you get an attorney that is your best bet and it will also take the stress off you somewhat. All the best to you and your new family.

Seems K1 interviews took about 54 days on average whereas IR-1/CR-1 Visa's are taking 90 plus days for Montreal. So patience is definitely needed for Montreal *-*
