    Call the police and fie a complaint and file a restraining order on him.

    Yeah he can call or you can call, its automated. Just need the USCIS case number. Its Probably cheaper if he calls.

    Look like we have similar time line. Just found out that the embassy in the Philippines are back logged for interview. I hope we get scheduled soon. Good luck.

    They couldnt say how far they are back logged but they make new appointments on the second week of each month. I will probably call NVC and bug them again around the 6th of July. The government agency comes back from 4th of July holiday on the 6th. Ill keep you posted if I hear anything.
