    Please say a prayer for us! I just spoke to my husband in Tampico, Mexico. As we were talking on the phone, I heard gunfire and then I lost communication with him. Mexican cartels and the military were battling it out on the street less than 10 meters from my husband. OMG he was lucky to get out of that alive! Please God bring my husband to me soon! VJ members please pray for his safety while we wait for our interview date to be scheduled.

    Just bought my fiance's ticket to Juarez for the interview. He has 15 more days until he leaves home. So sad for his Mexican family and friends, but thrilling for the new family he is making here!!

      Ahhh en los papeles el co-sponsor también debe anexar original de la carta de su empleador :)

      Descuida, mejor preguntar a quedarte con dudas!

      Los papeles son : copias de los taxes (1040), copias de la forma W-2 (esa se las da su empleador), copias de los cheques de pago y I-134 original.

      Por ej. si el co-sponsor es casado,sus ingresos deben ser suficientes para mantenerlo a él, su esposa,y a uds. 2 (en total, 4 personas). Te anexo el cuadro de los lineamientos de pobreza para que cheques los límites dependiendo de cuantas personas sean en total:

      Puede ser familiar o un amigo, siempre y cuando sea ciudadano.

      Sí, el co-sponsor llena su propia I-134, y le adjunta los mismos docs. (1040, W2 y recibos de pago).

      OK, mira pues por "paz mental" y para que no estén ambos con esa inquietud, ¿por qué no buscan un co-sponsor entonces? nadamás para llenar el requisito.

      Bueno,he sabido de personas que solo han mostrado los taxes y W-2 del año más reciente y no les piden de los anteriores, aparte de llevar la carta del empleador y bastantes comprobantes de pago. Si él está ganando ahora suficientemente bien, confío que no tengas mayor problema.

      Hola JRTL! Te contesté en tu post pero te digo mejor en español jeje. de hecho cuando estás en la clínica ellos mismos te dicen que para ese tipo de visa(fiancé) no te van a poner vacunas ahí. Sin embargo, si para el ajuste de estatus a él le faltan ciertas vacunas , el médico se las va a poner y en US son mucho más caras. Es por eso que muchos mejor se ponen las que necesitan y presentan sus records de vacunas al médico al que acudan en U...

    Does the petitioner schedule the interview or the beneficiary? Is the beneficiary supposed to print an appointment confirmation online if he schedules the appointment via online? What do we do if I were to schedule the appointment via phone? btw I also asked this in a long forum... just asking in both places.
