Cynthia and I met in August of 2008 while I was working in the Philippines. Since then, we have talked almost every day. We got to see each other again in March of 2010. We started the K-1 Visa process in September and then I visited her once more in November. We are very excited to spend our lives together.
I will be sending my I-129F packet in the mail withing the next week. I can't wait. Hopefully only six months after that we can be together. I am also visiting the Philippines again in November. This time for vacation and not work. We are very excited.
There are still court dates to come, two of them. However, the divorce is final with a decree signed by the judge. I can file I-129F when I get a copy to send in with the packet.
