Hey Tuna, my case is over due because I was suppose to get a response from June and its now August. My lawyer said I shouldn't call and rush them for a decision, just have patience and wait for a decision. All we have to do is have faith and pray.

How long u did ur case anonymous?????? I did mine since Nov. I'm getting real frustrated.

What's going on people? No approvals since June or July? I'm here still waiting for an answer.

Congrats Sweetcutie. Yes u should file the I485. How long ago did u file ur I360? I'm here waiting to get my approval. I think it takes 2 to 3 months for an interview.

Mgeni just continue to pray and have faith in God!!!! I'm still waiting for my case to be approved!!!! I thought I would hear something this week but my case was touched last Saturday and that's it!!! I can't wait for this to be over!!!! Its annoying and stressing. I have nightmares. Hey Yayha, the RFE was sent to me in Febuary and I responded and mailed it back to them in April. The RFE they wanted was more evidence of marriage in good faith. However, my husband and I didn't have a lot of assests becaz he was in and out of job every since I met him. We lived at a family friend house so we didn't have a lease. I explained in details to USCIS by writing a letter with the help of my lawyer. I just hope all goes well and I hear something soon becaz the 60 days has passed so I'm wondering what's going on. Hi Anonymous, I do hope its something positive...my cases were touch the Monday before soooooo let's see what this week will bring. I should have gotten a response from them already because the 60 days after I sent my RFE as already passed!!! Good luck to everyone though!!!!

Hey Tuna, colour's and my I485 and I765 was touched today and not the I360. Girl, we just have to pray and hope for the best....we have no clue what's going to be the final decision.

Hi guys, hope everyone cases are going well. Congrats to victoryismine!!!! I waiting for a decision with my case right now. My case was touched on Monday and also my application 1485!!! A bit confused why they touched the I485 without making a decision on my I360. Good luck to everyone though!!!!

Hi hotlanta....Yes, I received all my receipts. My I360 is at the same place too...intial reveiw. You just have to be patient, hope and pray. Some cases takes up to a year to be approved others take 7 months. Let's hope ours process soon. I heard the cases in 2009 are processing much faster. Good luck and keep in touch.

Hi hotlanta, I got my I765 a month after I filed my I360 and I filed all my forms together. I also got the I131 approved too. When did u file your case?
