    Hey guys, hope all is well. Congrats to the new approves.....Anyways, I still didnt receive a new date for my interview. I sent a letter to Uscis since October requesting a new date and location for interview becaz I moved from the state they requested the interview for. Is there anyone ever been in this situation? Should I call them and inquire about my interview? It's been over 3 months.

    Hey Lady G, Congrats......I'm so happy for you.....I got my interview date but my lawyer is going to change it because the interview is in a different state from where I live.....I'm alittle upset becaz I'm not sure how long it's going to take for me to get another interview date.     Im filing for an appeal. Basically i showed that i was battered. i lived with my spouse. video of us together, pictures of us together with friends. letters from family that shes been at family events. documentation that i have been a batter spouse. i have an extreme cruelty divorce. i gave them tax filings, our lease, showed she lived there. why i love my wife and our courtship they believe everything

    They denied me based on that i did not show. "mutual property, insurance, bank accounts"

    That is just........ impossible to fathom..We are filing an appeal.. i may even get a letter from my ex-wife stating that we were married in faith... but you know... they believe we loved eachother.. but its just not a good marriage in Faith? What the.. this has to be appeal i was denied unjustly.

    Hey, I was denied last year for something similar.........don't appeal, re-file ur case.....appealing the case might just take longer....also be more specific in your statements.....and give reasons why you don't have a bank accounts....etc.

    On September 14, 2011, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I360 PETITION FOR AMERASIAN, WIDOWER, OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of September 14, 2011, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

    During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

    this scares me like so much as its so unclear. im hoping for the best, my hearts pounding and i cant even sleep.

    This is a denial notice......I got this same notice last year when my case was denied.....you have to refile ur case.....don't appeal....

    Yulisa or anyone who has gone for interview or is scheduled for interview AOS I 485 based on vawa approval where you asked for form i 864 affidavit of support i thought this document is needed if my spouse was the one filing for my i 485 but in this case iam the self petition through vawa i need help guys iam going crazy with this list of things they need.

    Lady G, I still haven't received a letter......I'm so frustrated......

    hey Anxious,

    I don't think they would send it to NBC if it is denied :) My attorney basically told me that my VAWA was approved when i got the transfer letter even though I did not get the approval letter yet. An just like you i had not heard anything since I filled it; no RFEs or anything, it was always on "Initial Review" but that just means that you had everything they wanted, trust me, that approval letter is on the way :)

    My file was transfered. to NBC on August 18 and I still haven't heard anything about my I360.....I'm alittle worried.....everybody received approval notices right after, I didn't.....what do u guys think?

    Hello Kymber22 ,how are you and how is it going any news? I still believe that you will recieve your approval letter for vawa since your i 485 was transferred to NBC ,my vawa online hasnt changed even though it has been approval says review to RFE that was sent by me and recieved by them.

    Yulisa thank you ,today I called a couple of places that are listed by uscis in my area.Had to shop around damn expensive but I found some that where reasonable.I also called uscis they say I cant send them now unless they issue RFE so will just do in advance.

    Lady G, I got no letter or updates since my file has been transfered.....I'm running out of patience......I'm hoping for the best....
