I am wondering, i am a Spanish citizen, my job depends on me travelling to the USA. i am in the process to get a k1 visa to marry my USA fiance... Is there any problem if during the process of the I-129F i travel now and them to visit or due to work, is there any problem about it?

I dont find anything saying i cant, but if somebody has been in this situation it would be great have opinions or experience...

My fiancee has a tourist visa and I filed for her to come visit me for a few months. We filed in December 09, and she just arrived 2weeks ago from DR. I read the same page you did "on what documents to bring linking her back to her home country". When she arrived at U.S. Customs she didn't have to use anything. They just asked her why she was visiting and whom she was visiting thats it. She had no problems. Good Luck. I was nervous as hell but she got in.

My fiance(e) just visited me. She arrived yesterday. We filed in Dec 09. She no problems at all. She had her return ticket, our hotel reservations when I fly back with her, letter stating that I will financially support here, and copy of NOA1.

They didn't ask for anything but return ticket and who was she visiting.

Good News!!! I just received my NOA1 today. Now just have to wait an undetermined time for my NOA2.

I'm new here...and I've been using this site to while I prepared my I-129f for my fiance who lives in the Dominican Republic.

I mailed my packet off on Dec 2nd 2009 and they received it Dec 3rd 2009. My check wad cashed on Dec 7th 2009.

Im just waiting for my NOA1.
