If she resides there legally- either on asylum, or as your wife or whatever, then yes she can interview and do everything there.

Yes she is now that's why I am here that long to make her legally stays in my country safe with my family and then petition for her from USA but the question as all we know uscis asking such papers as background about her family members since she is not citizen of my country how possible I could get those information from my country as a legal documentation? All she has are marriage certificate with me passport and her birth certificate that's all

Thanks i did not want to stay abroad that long but sometime things happens and I am trying to keep my residence of USA and stay there as well

You'll be fine based on your trip, it's highly unlikely you'll have issues but will probably be questioned about your long trip of more than 6 months. Unfortunately this current trip of more than 6 months will likely break your continuous residency meaning that naturalization you're planning next year might be delayed. Otherwise you'll be admitted and no one is going to detain but question you. Try keeping your trips under 6 months and apply for a re entry permit only if you'll be gone for more than a year.

that's how I was thinking too that's why I will try to enter to USA before 180 days which I should be back soon but just waited for legal paper works for my wife and could not be done without me so I will find out all when I return to USA

One more question if anyone knows some experience of that my wife have different nationality than mine but lives with my family in my country and she is kinda in asylum situation and can't really go back to her own country is that possible I can petition to her from USA but to do her all paper works from my country with American embassy

that's how hard my situation is and confusing that's why I am that long here in my country to keep her with me not to get deported or blocked so she won't be in trouble in her own country

how I believe is or hope is that I won't have problem at the POE i also would try to apply for citizenship it's ok if I won't be eligible with that I can still apply for my wife anyway

I am also thinking to apply for re entry permit but as far as I know it's not good enough as long as I can't show my ties of USA but my personal problem has been unexpected way so all I wanted is to have residency of my wife in my country before she deported and have blocked for 5 years which her own country not safe for her

Here is how long I been out of USA

from June 2011 to March 2012 ( 60 days)

August 2013 to November 2013 ( 45 days)

July 2014 to September 2014 (50 days)

January 2015 to February 2015 ( 10 days )

April 2015 to now ( almost 180 days)

Even a such way am I still in trouble ?

I have done all my taxes never been out of USA that long before just family visit each year few weeks then I come to my country and Married and it's a personal reason bec of my wife which she was danger in her own country so I came to my born country to take her permanent residence permission to do her legal paper works from my country to take her to USA as immigration coz we can't apply it from her country so I did it that way

Hi everybody I hope it's right form to ask my questions

First I want to start with some information to clear my self I have been gc holder since June 2011 and become LPR June 2013 and never been out of USA more than 2 months each year until now I am out of USA since April 2015 till now I was about to back to USA on August with my return ticket but did not happened so sold my car closed my bank accounts etc in USA bec of my personal reason and had a ticket to go back to USA on August but cancelled bec the problem not solved yet and now I want to return back to USA to keep my rights open an bank account etc and possible I will be back to my born country after few weeks and stay abroad 6 to 8 months again

What your advise would be for me ?

How it will affect my citizenship coz I am eligible to apply on March 2016 ?

So if I have a good reason I might able to get it done well I will apply on march and my flight is I. July so almost five months hopefully I will be ok and I heard they also need my passport so how I m going to fly ?

Orginal IRS papers you should get it from local IRS office if I m wrong someone can correct me?

I m going to apply for citizienship (3 years marriage) on march but I also have a trip back to home on July I am worried about the situation that might cost me stuck here coz I already booked my flight back to home is there any chance to extended for my interview date ? I received my green card last Aug.29 ..It takes only 5 business days after the approval..

My status is still the same there is no any update yet as well in uscis website it makes me also worried why everyone already has their GC and even it has been a month since i approved and did not get my GC yet..

My wife had the approval letter from uscis almost two weeks ago but I still did not get the GC and there is no any update of my status on uscis.gov when I put my receipt number on the website. It does still show as initial review.

I m out of united states and visit my family then last night my wife called me and told me that we have got a letter from uscis and our I-751 package is approved.

I will receive the new gc in 60 days I m so happy !!!

but when I checked the uscis page it still does initial review I think they did not updated it yet

My mother in law received my card 6/1

It clearly states on the I-797 Notice of Action:

" Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online at www.uscis.gov. To view the status of your case, enter the application number found at the top of the ASC appointment notice. NOTE: The I-751 form type will be listed as "CRI89" under the application type in out case status on-line tool."

This basically means your receipt number on your boimetric appointment notice is the one you should use to check your case status online.

I have another question too when i received the Biometric notice paper seems like just a copy not the as same as NOA1

I wonder who received BIO Notice are they have the same?

I have got Bio. App. Its weird bec. on the mail it says from VSC and the receipt number is different than NOA1 on the Biometric notice

Updating HI-UG biometrics - strangely, the biometrics letter came from the Vermont Service Center, even though we filed with California?

I have no clue whats going on with CSC but as i heard CSC kinda stopped to process I-751 ? anyone knows anything about it?

Yesterday i have got the receipt number of NOA1 but when i tried to see the information of my case

It says ''Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again''

Is it ok not to worry about it? bec. i just got my receipt number or something really wrong and call them? is there anyone has the same issue just like me who has got their NOA1 in few days?
