Hi, I want to thank all who replied to my post, thanks God we have received all our immigrant visas
Our interview was just fabulous, they treated us just the way any human been deserve.
Again thanks all and do not loose your hope, there's always hope, even in my case that an attorney told me that my
Oldest son does not qualified for CSPA purposes, he finally with the grace of God has his Visa granted.
I hope All the best for all of you guys hopping that you can get your dreams come true .

What state are you residing? Is there any FIL-AM organization in your place? What I am more concerned now is how you will survive on your daily needs. What about your in laws? if you decide to go home or adjust status you need some money. Try to search if there is any FIL-AM organization close to you and maybe they can help you.

What county or city? Maybe there are some Filipino around you that you are not aware of. Let me know, you can pm me.

You don't have to inform anyone that you are already married. If someone stops her she can show her I-94. It is advisable, that she need to file her AOS before or after her I -94 expires. After means after a week, after a month but not more than a year to avoid some trouble that may occur during the interview if she will have one. Good luck!
