I am going to kingston airport am leave on Tueday and coming back June 5. I am from kinsgton and I have a house there so he stay at my house well our house now cause his job is in kinsgton and where he is from it take about 2hr to get to work but he is a soldier so most of the time he is on base n don't have time to go home. Yes our current spouse. My hubby just called me he said he is ok but it does not look good so I went online and got a ticket to go see him b4 this thing get out of hand so next week I am going to see him.

We can tell the store of how we hook up with out spouse and we can't finish telling where r we from and what we like to do so we can take our mind of the noa2. Well I have a lot going on because of what's going on in Jamaica n my hubby work for the government has a soldier n its crazy they want to start a war over one person n I fear for hubby everyday. I live in Hollywood fl about 5min from Miami where there beach and a lot of hot spot to hit at night n about 2hr from orlando where I took my nephew n niece last weekend to Disney world I had a lot of fun.

There is no BLOOD BATH GOING ON IN WEST KINGSTON JAMAICA. They are taking everything in strive. KIDS are going to school, workers are going to work. Why create a PANIC when there is none.

My husband work for JDF in jamaica n he said everything is not good but no one is kill or nothing like that he is working around the clock but there trying to make this has smooth has possible so there is no reason for us to get worried. Well not yet let's see what happen in the next few days n am going. Down n a few days. So I hope all is well

It sounds like we all need to take a trip to visit Tom and go kayaking. Something to get our minds off of crummy time line guesses that just make us mad and USCIS time lines that break our patience. We need something to get us back to the original "I can't wait for my NOA1!!!!" giddiness that wracked our brains. If all of us get bent out of shape in the USCIS stage...the NVC stage will eat us alive. USCIS is nothing compared to NVC. We need some hope! No one took Tom up on his suggestion of NVC checklist. Any other ideas of what to do to pass the time? Any one interested in playing a game? Or setting time goals? Like little things we could get done or do within a week and track other ppl's progress (non-visa related). Lame! I can hear you screaming at the screen .

That sound like a great idea. Its not lame that will help us take this timeline off our minds. Am with Tom too let's start doing this so we can all feel better.

The May interview group has a FB page apparently and plan to meet up in Vegas. That seems like dedication to me . I find it funny that there are adds on VJ for "plenty of fish in the sea". Isn't the main point that you have someone already that you are bringing here? I know there are other visas types on here as well...but I still find it funny. I wonder if anyone has left their spouse b/c they fell for someone on VJ.

May 24th time line just became May 26th! Lame. Oh well...more time to get things done.

I just tried to check my case again (because I can ) and it says this:

* Case Status Retrieval Failed

* Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

What?????? I wonder what that means? I just realized I didn't check my case but rather for "touches" earlier. What a weird day for USCIS.

Just checked mine n it said the same thing am not sure what it mean but I hope its nothing bad

Ok, sorry if this is not done correctly but I am new at posting a NEW TOPIC....

In Jamaica there are 2 types of Birth Certificates...the new one and the old one (simple enough right?) well, according to all reports you must have a NEW one to submit with your paperwork...so I ordered one...2 MONTHS AGO...then my husband went into the office and ordered it again....still nothing... Do you think if I sent all the paperwork in with a copy of the old BC and proof of payment for the new one will they allow it???

I send for my husband and my BC in jamaica too and they took 4 months after i pay for the 7 days BC paper. I had to go to jamaica my self and ask what was going on they said they could not find any record of my BC i had to bring all my paper work from the old one to let them see 2 days later they found it. so try to go in person and see what they need they will take forever if you dont.

We had what seemed like 10 touches before approval - but I'm sure most of those were for the RFE we got! No worries, some get touches, others don't get any before approval. It is really irrelevant so don't put any weight behind touches.

How do u check to see if ur case was touch I keep looking but am not sure what am doing. What's the right web site n where u go from their n what should it say?

Yea, I wonder how the decide which case to work on first? It sure does not seem like there is a pile and they just start with the first one.

First let me start by congratulating you on your marriage...

The entire CR1 process will take you an average of 7 to 9 months, so to start stressing out about the NOA1, will not help you. I would suggest you take this time to understand this entire process, by reading the guides and others experiences in this journey.

I would also, recommend that you and your husband, really talk and get to know everything there is to know about each other aswell. This is not journey you would want to get surprised by an "inaccuracy" when you are close to the end of this journey. It has happen to the best of them.

OMG does it always take this long to get a NOA1 or is it me i check everyday n still nothing a going crazy i just want to know something.is this normal i send it off on the 18 of march and now its march 30 thats 12days omg i hope there is nothing wrong.

yes my friend i know that, my is same situation i was filed march-12 and now i got NOA1 after 15 days so be a patience this is the game of patience well now i am waiting NOA2 my i-130 whole process around 9 to 12 months but it depends of the country in which you live GOOD LUCK and all
