How was your trip Tena? Everything ok back home?

My trip back home was great I am so happy I spend that week with my hubby. Jamaica is doing better not has bad has everyone think the street are claimed and the people are getting back to their normal life I am very happy I went.had a lot of fun.

That was a very wildly unsuccessful and long phone call. The customer service agent was nice and tried to help me and then told me she was going to transfer me (I already knew that much)....then after giving my info (which according to the officer was all correct ......DUHHHHHH cuz I called and e-mail to have it corrected TYVM!!!!!) once again to the officer, I was told that they WILL NOT be sending me a new NOA1 but instead I am waiting for an approval notice (no way...REALLY?...thanks...I had no idea.) and the correct information will be on that. What a gigantic load of help that was. Good thing that number is free or I'd be super ticked that I spent money on a useless call.

So...John, I hope they give you a corrected NOA1 and don't make you wait 3 months just to tell you they won't be sending anything else and to politely BE QUIETTTTTTTT. .

So, now I can jut go back to waiting for my NOA2. Too bad he wasn't able to tell me how my case was doing. I hope he doesn't send in a request to burn the case. I was polite and respectful and didn't use a mean tone while talking to him. *Please don't burn my case Mr. Officer Man*

Anyway....c'mon some one with good news for MARCH!!!!

Just to let you all know, we got our NOA 2 tonight!!! For both our I-129F AND our I-130!! Guess the I-129F will be closed now but that's ok, I'm just so dang happy that something finally moved!!

Thank u my family is ok its my husband that am worried about he is a solider in jamaica so he is in the cross fire and am going crazy I wish I had a interview 2morrow so I can take him out of this mess.

I forgot it is the end of May. I read March 2010's prediction of," next 3 weeks " and then read John's of, "Mid June." now that I have reread it, it makes me laugh. Mid June...3 weeks. 6 to 1. . Anyone have any exciting plans coming up? I know Tom is off. No plans here, just a little working and watching my baby grow up before my very eyes.

For the AOS Tena, if you are bringing all of his kids here, then yes you will be filing just I-864 for them. There is a place to list them (as coming with your husband or within 6 months of him coming here). I don't know what our case is, so if you gave more information maybe we could help you more.

I meant to say just 1 AOS which means that you have to make enough for you + him + his 3 kids = 125% of the poverty level for a household of 5.

I send of I130 for him and one for eack child so I have to wait 6months aftet he come for them to b here. N don't I need a support for each person that's what my mom is saying cause she just file for my brother n his kids n she had to have a support for each person did the rules change

This is just a general question my mom is file for my brother his wife n his 4 kids now they are asking for 5 affidavit of support plus her. I file for my husband n his 3 kids do I need 3 affidavit of support plus me I just want to know so I have it all ready
