      Hey Jess...I have heard of people being able to. I would suggest if you live close and it doesn't cost you time off from work to give it a try. But if not, I can tell you going any time the day of they will accept. We went in hours before the time on the sheet and we were fine.

    We haven't met but I just wanted to say that I came across your post regarding your 8 months of USCIS limbo. :( I am so sorry you're going through that and I hope something moves for you, soon. Our NOA2 took 7 months, so while you have a longer wait than we do, I understand how frustrating it can be to be over the timeline and have no help.

    Also, my NVC recieved/left dates are wrong and I need to fix them - it should be received April 25 and left April 27. Good luck!

    Yeah, we're just starting, sadly. Hopefully things go (relatively) quickly since we've already been delayed about 2 months longer than we hoped we would be.

    I haven't been up that way in NC yet, though I'd like to. I just think it's such a pretty area. :)

    How's your AOS stuff going?

We're actually -still- waiting on Andy's final divorce decree, which is extremely irritating because there's no reason for the delay besides a lazy lawyer who's taken over 4 months to process a very simple no mediation, no fault divorce. -rolleyes- But the decree is due any day and everything ...
