    Thanks for all the replies. I actually took my chances and got through customs and immigrations. I explained my situation took about 30 min for secondary clearance but it all worked. I would never put myself in such a stressful situation again!! Always have green card!

    The NVC schedules the appointment. However the embassy sends over the available dates to NVC.

    Hey my husband does calibrations...and his company does everything!!! You must expect a turn around of 3-5 business days though...but we might be able to expedite due to the fact that its time sensitive equipment!!!

    IV Bill now shows paid!!! Will have to wait until next week to send IV packet though . Waiting on one document!!! So NVC gets a break from me for a few days!!!

    Hi that table is updated the 15th of every month. Once they pass the average processing time which is 5 months. They start to use dates so you can have an idea as to where they are at. The August 2nd date is pretty much a where the bulk of their processing is at right now, so early August filers.
    They also use that date to control Service Request and call volume because once if you are not below that date (July 31st) you are not within processing time for any service request or expedite.
