    Djohn , greg : it took forever at least it felt like it!! I called yesterday and got a service request and today got the email. I feel like I can breathe I needed it for school I was getting charged out of state.

    Congrats on all the new approvals!! :dance::dance::dance:

    I just got a touch on my AOS!!! Still nothing for EAD and AP since October....

    I just hope and pray it's not another RFE...there's a saying in French that goes :"Jamais deux sans trois!" (Nerver two without three...doesn't make much sense in English! LOL I know there's an expression for it, but I can't think about it right now) I'm not trying to break any RFE record! LOL

    Its " when it rains, it pours" or " bad news comes in threes" I think would be the English equivalent..... Anyway I pray that you don't get another RFE . We almost have the same timeline I still haven't received my EAD :( and I'm starting to get impatient especially seeing people who filed after me get theirs so quickly.. Darn RFE it does delay everything. Anyway hopefully we will get a good Christmas present in the form of an EAD. Hopefully instead "good news come in threes!!" the EAD, AOS approval, and green card :)

    its been 41 days since NOA...Still waiting for EAD approval..I was hoping it would be this monday, but nothing.. oh well, hope ill get it this week.

    Hi Monica, hang in there, i had my bio 5 days after yours and Im already antsy, I can understand how you feel, hope youll hear from USCIS this week.

    Thanks, I'm just waiting patiently sort of :)... Good news is there is soooo much snow here in Arizona (flagstaff)! Im 5'2 and half of me got covered! Off to make a snowman :)

    Just keep hopes up. After I sent in RFE I have gotten touches :)

    Congrats to all those that have seen some progress. Still no touches on mine since 10/29 :huh: i have my Biometrics appointment on Thursday so I'm hoping to see a flurry of activity after that

    Good luck on your bio DallasJeeper hope for movement soon after. I got touches on AOS recently but nothing on EAD nor AP. Just hoping a good progress coming up for everyone.

    well,got good news today..we received email notification from USCIS our I-131 is approved..maybe this week is EAD,hopefully..

    There's also a lot of movement for others. I'm so happy to see that!

    USCIS should receive my reply of the second RFE tomorrow at the latest...is it to optomistic to wish for movement on my EAD and AP before Friday??? :) I apply to several jobs yesterday and hoping to go home for the Holidays...hope that my wish will be granted!

    Maybe you'll get some updated after they received your RFE. I got touches on AOS after RFE replied not sure what's exactly it was but keep optimistic is one key on this waiting part. Good luck!

    i wouldn't worry too much about the EAD. we had biometrics 10/29, no updates until 11/20 got card production ordered, received card production ordered again on 11/25, card came in the mail today.

    Congrats on getting the EAD card..Now your wife can apply for her SSN. hopefully mine comes soon.

    Djohn, hopefully you will get it soon. I had my bio on 19th and had one touch the 20th. Praying for good news for everyone :)

    Guys check this out -- I called USCIS and before I got to talk to a representative, the automated machine said that they mailed out something to me on novermber 27, 2009 but it was undeliverable so it was sent back to the post office. So then i got transferred to a representative and he asked for my I485 receipt number so then I gave it to him. Then i asked what it is that mailed out to me on Nov 27, 2009.. so he said okay and puts me on hold.. He got back on the phone and said "okay sir we haven't sent anything to you since your biometric letter and i know you've already done your biometric appointment so you don't need to worry. next thing you will receive is your EAD card which you will get in the mail, THE LATEST IS JANUARY." :wacko:

    hhmmm. really? I didn't wanna ask why January because I didn't wanna look like i'm in a hurry. Sucks for me I have to wait another month to receive the EAD card. hopefully I get the approval soon though.

    Btw, on my case status online, the last update was Nov 16, 2009 which was 3 days after my biometric appointment.

    you should call back and give your receipt number for i765 the employment. When I called about my biometrics they asked for my 485 receipt number and said that they had not sent anything to me (at the time I was waiting for biometrics) I then called back and this time gave my I 765 receipt number and was told my biometrics was mailed out. Just a thought.

    I need some help. My biometrics appointment is Thursday who had theirs in Phoenix? I try googling the address and nothing. Any help will be appreciated

    the biometrics says

    i live 3 hours away from phoenix i don't want to get lost :(

    take out the USCIS Phoenix part and it shows up the area where the buildign will be. Try the link there i think it should show you.

    Hello guys,

    I just sadly received RFE notice for 2008 Tax return 1040 Form(date 11/06)..Since we filed tax through Taxcut online services, my wife forgot to keep a copy of 1040 form and only sent out the tax return summary. Now we are trying to access online account but it's unaccessible at this point..Does anybody know that whether still the copy of 1040 form is kept in that system? If not, how long does it take if we request IRS a copy of our tax return?

    Many thanks in advance...Very stressful right now..I have a job offer pending due to my working permit for over 3 months now..I tried so hard to get this chance and I don't want to lose it... :crying:

    hi everyone, i have a question that maybe one of you can help me with. i mailed out our AOS packet late october and we still havnt received any NOA's, nothing. they finally cashed the check last week but we havnt received anything in mail. can someone please direct on what i can do? and can someone please explain the process to come? what is biometrics? sorry i am not up to date with everything here. thank you

    I never received my NOA's so I called the 1800 number and they took my name and what not and they gave me my receipt number so I could track my case online. Afterwards I didnt receive my biometrics so I called again to check if it did get sent. They will fax it to you but you have to find someone willing to speak to you and help you. Luckily we got our biometrics appointment letter on time and have an appointment next week. Hope that helped a bit.

    I'm waiting for my biometrics letter.. Did they fax the bio letter? Or you just receive the bio letter in mail?

    First I called to ask if the biometrics had been mailed since we had an error I our mail. Luckily I did get it in the mail, late, but I got it. When they were going to fax me the biometrics I called all day and finally was told to call at 5 my time,arizona, because that is when the california center took over and he said they have access to fax our biometrics letter. I just said that I had been told before that if I didn't get my biometrics I could get it faxed, that seemed to work and that way no one told me that they couldn't fax me the letter.
