They told me that they need to send also their certificate of Employment. That's the problem, they are still waiting to give their Certificate of Employment by their employer. So after we received we can now send the documents. but the problem we already waited for almost a month and we don't know when we will received their certificate.
Who told you that?

Hi Ma'am, Thank You, I just want to ask some question again. I dont see in the options regarding my Current Work. so i decided to choose other. then i put Clerical Work - Administrative Assistant. Is it okay to include Administrative Assistant? Or just Clerical Work will do.
One more thing Ma'am, is it okay to Fill up the DS260 almost 2 weeks already? i have not yet submitted the ds260 yet. Im waiting for my sister to review my DS260 information. Is that okay?
Is it also okay Ma'am if i will edit some information? I would know if they can see why is it took so long to submit my ds260? Can i get a problem with that?
Thank You Very Much.
1.Either one job description is fine.
2.If all fees are already paid and DS-260 is unlocked you are very welcome to fill it and to submit. It is all up to you, will do it faster, the case will be completed sooner.
3.You can edit information on DS-260 till it is not submited yet, later you will not be able to do that. You have 1 year timeframe to submit DS-260, so no problem with this one.

I can't believe that its already one year since my Interview. It's ironic to see the F1 category at a standstill now given that in the last couple of months in 2016 into 2017 it was moving by at least three months at each new bulletin. I remembered how happy I was about that.
For those still waiting, just hang in there, your time will come.
Yeah, 1 year, happy anniversary ExoticPrincess!
I think it is already the 2nd year, when they allotting visas to Philippines&Mexico for the last 4-5 months till the new fiscal year, what causes the suspension of worldwide visas for F1.

I am re4ading this post and find it interesting. Does this mean that if one files for an umarried son and he gets married while waiting he can change his status to married son and still keep his priority date.? Not only that he can bring his wife with him? what about a son that gets married and then during the 7-10 years gets divorced?
Either way PD will remain the same, only waiting time will extend or shorten.

@Lain, Thanks for your prompt response, I thought there is a time frame outlined somewhere to know the exact processing time for these type of cases but seems like there isn't. Will have to submit a case inquiry then.
I think, that USCIS already updated your case category by now and you should expect to get an approval letter soon.

Hi there,
Does anybody knows the approximate time that USCIS takes to make the update (months, years)?
Thanks
If you have not heared from them yet, make an inquiry about your status.

Hi Ma'am, i just want to ask some question.
Regarding Affidavit of Support for both petitioner and co sponsor, What are those needed documents to submit from petitioner and co sponsor?
Then regarding also for my Civil documents, I have a PSA Birth Certificate but the problem is my BC is not readable. If we will submit the documents for Civil and AOS documents. Do i need to include also Local Birth Certificate, cause my PSA Birth Certificate is unreadable.
Thank You
I-864 have to fill both. If sponsor or cosponsor has joint income with a spouse, then I-864A need to be filled as well (also need to include marriage certificate).
IRS transcripts for the most recent 3 years, or Tax returns, W2, pay stubs, assets.
Yes, include it. Is it possible to get a readable copy?

Hi. My brother is in the process of completing his DS-260. He is confuse on what to put in on the family information(mother/father)and petitioner's(mother) address since current address is abroad. Should we put the current address, (Philippines) or the address where they intend to live in the US? would there be a sort of inconsistency between DS-260 and I-864 if the AOS form will show the petitioner's physical address in the US? This case is quite complicated due to the fact that petitioner has been outside the US and has to yet establish country of domicile. My mother will go back to US prior to my brother. Will that help? Responses will be greatly appreciated.
I assume, that your mother lives abroad temporarily and will return back to US before your brother. So in this case petitioner's current address should be provided in US (the same as in i-864) and your brother's in Philippines.

Hi Ma'am, DS261 is already completed today. Upon checking i can now access the AOS payment fee. How is that possible Ma'am? Regarding in the AOS payment fee. How my mother will pay the fees? as upon checking Credit Card is not accepted. Do you know Ma'am other alternative to pay the AOS fee. So that i can tell to my mom.
Thank You Very Much.
No, NVC does not accept fee payments by personal checks or credit card payments.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

I think the reason why F1 moved so slow is many cases have been upgraded from F2B, and it caused a big backlog for F1.
If we check a few months ago, from October-December, F2B moved very slow while F1 move faster. After that, F2B moved faster and F1 moved slowly.
We will have to wait until F1 clears all the backlog and comes back to its usual movement.
I agree, plus visas have been allotted lately for Mexico and Philippines causing delay for the rest of the world.

HI Ma'am, I already received an email from NVC it says that "The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed". What will i need to do now Ma'am? or i will just wait for the next update once the review Ma'am is competed? Thank You Very Much Ma'am for helping. God bless You and Your Family Always.
Hi,
You can call them in one week and ask about the status of your request and how long it will take them to review it (usually they have a timeframe for that).

1. If your sponsors(dads) hosehold size is 2, then you need 20,575$. Your dad can include his assets from bank accounts, the value of his property in US or your home town. If that still does not meet income requirement, then you add a joint sponsor who files I-864, plus his wife as a dependant files I-864A. Also they can add assets. Totally both sponsor with joint sponsor need to meet 20,575$(If hosehold size is 2). Both have to include all tax return forms and etc.
2. If 2nd time it will lack of something, they will delay your case again and you don’t want that, so just ask and we will be happy to help you to avoid that.

Hi, Khadija. It looks like they just put you on administrative processing, which will take a while for review, since your embassy looks overpacked. That’s why it is very important to get all documents ready for interview to avoid such a delays.
Anyway, don’t worry, everything will be fine, just give a call once in a while and btw, when you will check your case status on CEAC, you should see the dates, when they will touch your case it means, that they already review it. Good luck, hope you will be done soon!
