Well heres how it went down. My wife and I got back together for about three weeks and two hundred dollars later when I went to her nick again and read some of her chats again and saw she gave a nick to some one there. I went to yahoo invisable checker and typed the nick and there was my wifes picture.She also had a blog where she talks about taking money from one man and giving all her love to some one who never did anything for her.I talked to her about it and she told me to forget her and I was thinking the same thing. About one month later I went to Viet nam and emailed her dad and told him I would come to her hometown and file paper there and asked where I needed to go.Anyway he told me not to come there he said send my wife five hundred dollars and she would file the paper and I wouldnt need to come.I told him I didnt trust her so I would send money to him only and I did.He kept the money till near the end of my trip and sent me a email telling me to take back the money because he told me to send it to my wife , he told me he has hundreds and thousands of dollars far more than my fortune in usa and he didnt need it and now my wife didnt want it so I can do divorce in usa. I had to pay for a translator and get a paper so my friend there could get the money because I had to go back to usa the next day. So i have more anger issues. She has since has left the home and spending time with her boyfriend there who doesnt care if she gets divorced or not I guess. So Im trying to figure out how I can file divorce here with out spending money on a lawyer. Wreath

My wife sent me the police cert. at the regular post office and I got it within 2 weeks. She also has one original copy of the police cert. as well. Ask your wife if she can get another certified copy for the interview just in case your mail goes to Mexico.... The passport bio page can be a copy.

If there's a way to just always email stuff, that's what I'll do because it's more fast and efficient but we can't kill postal/ courier service. Just make sure you check spam folder maybe your wife's email is there and make sure your wife is sending the email in the correct address.

my wife and i had trouble in angiang they wanted to see our licence . we offered wedding pics but they didnt accept and acted hateful and watched us hands on hip drive off.

The CO's get lied to many times a day. They make it difficult because they have to separate the truth from the BS.

CONGRATS!!! i wish the people at embassy there would do there job more and weigh all the evidence as a whole instead of just picking out some tiny thing all the time to mess up peoples lives. Im happy things worked in your favor.

If it was me I would go to the embassy and raise hell and wouldnt leave there till i had visa in hand. Tell them your there for your wifes visa or a bloody nose but your leaving without one or the other.

hello everyone , my wife and I was looking at peoples time lines and cant figure out how people got in and pout of the nvc so quickly. My questions is after i paid the aos fee of 88 dollars and the visa bill 404 dollars am i now waiting for a packet or 2 packets it been close to about 2 weeks since i paid online . i sent choice of agent already and paid everyhting. whats the hold up i saw some people paid and 2 days ;later got some package and out of nvc some days after paid fees.

I was reading in the nvc forum and I asked about sending ds3032 in email did anyone send by email.my wife copied the email and signed it and emailed it back to and then mailed the orginal to me but i havent got it yet. can i send a copy of her signed ds3032 or do i need to follow a templet to send by email? in the other forum it said i need follow a templet not copy the form. anyone know for sure what they will accept? thanks also i made my payment online . so now are they waiting for the ds3032 before they send my packet?

Given that the congressional rep is limited to a status inquiry, I have never seen where someone has had a congressional rep request an HCMC CO to setup a meeting and gotten one. Please help us by letting us know if you are aware of anyone having done this.. example... the law prohibits anyone, including the congress from foring the CO to do anything.. including having a meeting... In my experience the CO's have always been less than accomodating and would love to see that something has changed.

Regarding a meeting with the CO, should I contact the CO (before my trip) by e-mail telling her about my trip to VN and would like to have a meeting, or don't say anything but just show up the the Consulate asking for that meeting, etc..

Please advise. I'm sure there are pros and cons but could not think of anything..Thanks.

yeah have your senetor do a congressional letter of inquiry and request that the co have a meeting with you to clear up any issues when you return to viet nam.And hey dont let anyone here kick sand in your face either. What happened to you happened to me also and i did the exact same thing when my ex and i seperated i met my wife online and we chatted and it took my mind of things and we became close very quickly. im sure others here would do the same thing.I recently found a letter in my ex wife email to her friend and it was sent 4 months after she came to usa and she was telling her friend she had a plan as soon her kids came. im thinking of including that in evidence for my wifes interview.

Is it ok for my wife to sign the form and email it to me and i send in the copy of the emailed form? Or do i need the original she signed? Also i cant rembember what i was looking at it said to place the bar code sticker on? but nvc only sends emails right? so where do i get sticker? thanks for all your help

Checking the case status online everyday is only going to test your sanity. It will not change from initial review until a decision is made. Furthermore, many people go without seeing the case "touched" between NOA1 and NOA2.

Which service center was the petition end up at after it was sent to the lockbox in Chicago? California right now seems to be at a faster pace than Vermont.

THEY DIDNT HAVE A DAM HOI THEY GOT MARRIED ON HIS FIRST TRIP TO VN AND WAS INTROUDUCED BY A FAMILY MEMBER AND HE ONLY CAME TO VN ONE OTHER TIME. ALLS THEY HAD FOR EVIDENCE WA PICTURES AND PHONE BILL AND WESTRN UNION RECIEPTS. i KNOW WE WONT BE THAT LUCKY BUT I DONT KNOW HOPW CAN THEY PASS INE COUPLE WITH VERY LITTLE EVEIDENCEAND FAIL OTHERS.
