Mine took 6 days. I just recieved the paper work now. Even that we don't have our file out of USCIS I just want to make sure we have everything in order when we do get the NOA2.

I have an question about the medical exam. Like if you don't have all your shots updated do you get them done at that doctor the same day or how is that process?

They have to file I465 adjust status. If you post in that section you will get more help. It's you have to get a medical exam or atleast see one of the USCIS doctors and have them fill out another form I think it's I693. Good luck atleast they are together now in the States.

Maybe this week we will see some September filers getting approved. Hope it doesn't slow down anytime soon at VSC cause they are doing a good job right now knocking out approvals. Oh yea I sent ours out in the beginning of the month and got our NOA1 dated 09-08-2009.

As the topic states. I heard that its for immigration visa's and an K1 Fiance visa is consider non immigration visa. I just wanna know everything before we get our NOA2 approval so that once the ebassy gets the case we can work on it asap. Thanks in advance this website has been a lot of help already.

I see that you guys tried to get a B2 Visa twice. We tried the same thing in Poland so I could have her visit me twice they said no. I told her the third time is a charm haha. We are going to get the K1 visa just that we have to wait.

I dont know if it was just that we got extremely lucky, but my fiance's visa was approved today and he didnt show any documents of on going relationship, no pictures, no phone bills, nothing. He had them but they weren't interested in seing them, in less then 5 minutes he was approved. You can send her copies of phone bills, e-mails you have send her and if she has pictures then even better.

Well the pictures parts is the tricky one I won't be able to go to Poland so I wouldn't be able get pictures of us. I had a ton of us together but that was at a date before we filed. I have the cell and home phone bills.

Well I have copies of my cell phone and home phone bills. They show when I called her about once a week and the cell phone one show when I text her daily.

Need help with this. For her interview to show that we still have an on going relationship. Here is the run down. I work a lot and I mean around 60-67 hours each week seven days a week with no days off for now. Well she is also busy she helps out her parents on the farm in Poland while she is looking for a job now and well it hard for us to keep in touch. By the time I'm out of work it's midnight in Poland and she is sleeping and resting for another busy day for her. We talk on the phone once a week it's most times on Sunday and early morning my time around 4am. We text each other daily. She doesn't have the internet and can rarely check her emails so we don't use this type of service. We want to make sure that for her interview when the time comes that we don't get screwed saying it's a sham or what not. What should she bring for proof of on going relationship? Like she has text/sms on her phone but that won't help. The most I can think of is sending her few copies of my home phone and cell phone bills. I can't get back to my home country of Poland either as I'm currently helping out my parents and my brother paying their bills here in the US until they can get on their feet back in the UK. Long story short my parents moved with my brother because he was going to school in the UK. So I can't leave the states to see her like I used to do twice a year cause I had enough money to do that with my house,car, and my own bills and now I have a few more for the next few months. Any input on what I should do and what she should provide the Embassy at the interview.

The worst part of the wait is that I haven't seen her since July 28th when I left the airport in Warsaw,Poland on my flight back home to Florida. Don't know when I will be able to see her again cause I can't get time off and the visits to my home country are costing a lot now. Good luck to everyone who filed in September. I have a question about documents that later on my fiancee will be taking into the interview when it comes time for that. She will be going to the Warsawa, Poland Embassy. Everything thing she brings in does it have to be in English? Also does anyone know anything about the medical exam in Poland and does the fees include the vacs?

I sent ours in on the 1st and got the NOA date of the 8th. Man now I'm getting scarred I didn't have nearly as much pages with my packet. I did include showing that we have met a few times in the last two years. Hopefully I don't have any problems. I had my last two boarding pass and pictures of us together on two different times that I sent in.
