  2. Hi can I still file for i129f after receiving noa1 for i130? If not can you please explaine to me why? I'm just preparing my i130 to send it .I just wanna have an idea about the process. In the guide it's still showing we need to file for i129f thanks. I wanna k3 not cr1. Is it an option to me? Thanks

  3. That's not all, no. The NVC portion of the process, after petition approval, is going to require study and preparation while you wait for the petition to be approved.

I meant for now, the nvc start after the approval from Uscis . When I say Only I130 . Because before they use to file I130 then I129 f

  4. You can use your trip itineries can also prove as evidence of trips there to see your wife....I also sent e-mails and chat records and phone records from start to current at USCIS, not sure if they were needed. I also sent a police report since I already had it here. I sent photographs of wedding and with family members and i sent copy of his and my birth certificate.....We received an RFE from USCIS, they requested our ARABIC copy of marriage certificate after sending only the English translation.....passport stamps, insurance cards like BC/BS....if she is on bank accounts or beneficiary of 401K or life insurance policies since you are already married....I also had a copy of his identity card and sent it since it was in my pocession already...letters from her or copies of letter you have mailed her or receipts of mails...receipts of money grams, western unions, etc......... maybe someone can add more to the list.

Thank you very much for your help. So all I need to do now is file I130. And wait right!

    OK...

If you haven't filed the I-130 yet, stop - read - make yer 'plan of attack' for creating evidence, then 'do your plan', then gather up that evidence. re-read http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/218775-bonafide-relationship/page__p__3324240__hl__Rustic

Morocco is a high-fraud country, as is China (which is why I made my I-130 casefile bulletproof for submittal)

    Do I have to file I 130 for k3?

  6. YES, if she left the States while her i-94 was still current, she can enter the US again with her B2 visa. The fact that she abandoned her AOS should have no negative effect on this.

I am saying 'should' as there is never a guarantee that someone is allowed to enter. Ultimately the Immigration Officer at the airport she arrives at has the final word on this

i94 wasn't expired when she file to adjust fer status. she stayed 1 year and 5 month.that's mean she was legal all the time she was here

  7. Jamal got the call today to pick up his visa tomorrow. I know another person got a call too from casa's consulate. I wonder if they waited for a day and called everyone that was waiting. I don't know, but we sure are excited. Not sure when he is traveling to the US yet, but I know it will be soon. Thanks for all the help anyone has given us so far. I know our journey isn't over, but at least we will be together for the rest. :luv:

Can you tell us plz what question been asked at the interview? Thanks

  8. That would depend on when the interview takes place.

Also, what is looked at is current and continuing income. If your current annualized income meets the required amount. Will you be earning at least that amount in 2010?

i'll be making around 30k in 2010. what do i need to submit with with i 134 form? thanks

  9. Also want to add.... I'm sure his identity card has expired.... I guess he'd have to go up there, in order to re-do fingerprints to renew that as well.... and register there (which he hasn't done yet). Sounds like he should plan on making a day of it....

do not worry about it.they can do it in the same day. if not they will mail it to him. they just gonna stamp it ( entended for 3 years) .dor the id he needs birth certificate from morocco. it's gonna cost him about $80 including $10 membership. i did this 2 years ago. or you can call the embassy?

  10. Yeah, listen to Darnell. It seems that a lot of divorced USC's fiancees are blue slipped for more information regarding the divorce. Write a detailed EOR letter and have it notarized and sent in closer to the interview date. USCIS doesn't care about your divorce, only that you are "legally able to marry." The embassy in Guangzhou will possibly care more about this on a case-by-case basis. Along with the EOR, write a detailed explanation about your divorce history so that it will be clear that this is not a potential case of fraud. This can help prevent a blue slip if the VO asks about the divorce...you have your ammo ready to go. It seems that the more VJ educated you are, the more organized you are, and the more questions you ask, the better your outcome will be in the end....that is my opinion based on following other couples here. Oh, how is her English? This is another potential bump at GUZ. Good luck!

    what eor letter means? thanks
