The others on here provided you with some really good advise on what steps you should follow. I am sorry to hear that this has happened. Whatever you choose to do is ultimately your choice and that will be determined. Do not let anyone tell you what you should do (basically what they would do) because if it was them I am sure they would do the complete opposite.

Labor HMM I was tramatized to say the least. I was induced and I have heard that it is usually a harder time (I do not know how true it is ) but anyway, I did not feel the contractions up until the very end. The pressure was unblievable. I got the epidural but for whatever reaason they did not give me the ull dose, when th emidwife cam in she did the internal and that is where all hell broke loose cause mu daughter was head down but ace up and to try to prevent a csection she decided to try to turn while doing the internal (very very painful) anyway as I started screaming she told my wonderful nurse to call for my epidural to be topped off once the nurse came back and the anastigsiologist zarah decide to start coming so three pushes an she was out .

Now, my labor started at 6 am when they induced me and lasted til 2:08 when my baby was born Like I said I did not feel the contractions until the very end. She did tear me a little i needed three stitches which is not bad at all(One thing my ob said was to have hubby use his fingers and stretch the va jay jay (this is about the one thing they were right about) cause they said my baby would be small probably lbs or so and she was 7lbs 7oz and 21 3/4 inches long.

Well I wish you and the other girl a fast easy labor and delivery . Stay blessed!

As some of you already know, I found out that I'm a carrier for fragile x and ended up having to test the baby to see if he would be affected or not. Just got the results this morning and unfortunately he is going to be mentally retarded.

As for myself, I'm pretty confident that its not the end of the world but I'm worried about my husband because he's not saying much about how he feels about it. As some of you may know, Jamaicans have a tainted picture on mentality, they don't believe it exists and they describe it with one or two words "fool or mad man/woman"

Wow that sucks telling you all day the heat should be coming on soon and they don't even have any one working on it. I don't know what to tell you, but what about all the kids? They had to have their coats on all day too? I would not be happy if I was paying a place and they didn't have heat for my child in the winter up north. I would think the owner could be in a lot more trouble than just paying your medical bill which is what she deserves for trying to save money. That's awful that you are sick and can't hardly take any meds. I hope you feel better soon!

On another side, I shot a Nigerian/Zimbabwean wedding last night, REALLY enjoyed it!

The clothes were absolutely amazing, I LOVED how they colour co-ordinated down the the tiniest details....Food was amazing, and normally I won't touch African food....

Tired as hell this morning, got to sleep at 3.30 last night, had to get up at 7am this morning to start on the editing before my son woke up...

Then off to the doc so I can here the baby heart beat I guess, I dont understand these every 2 weeks appts, she is fine, she lets me know everyday,

Some of yall at 15 and 20 weeks feel your baby is doing flips at 35 weeks this girl is running for 3 minutes non stop at a time. Im like what the hell and hubby just laughs. I hurts so bad, not flutters kicks and dancing like the Karate kid :bonk:

JQ you and I are on the same schedule, I go to my dr every Wednesday and have been since the preganncy although of course now the appointments are weekly.

I have to tell you I look forward to seeing your pictures and smileys you post daily it brings alot of joy to the board. I know what you mean about the active little girl and yes all that moving kicking and everythign else is not so fun anymore. I usually wear open toe shoes and my God the last two days hubby wouldnt let me leave the hoiuse with out putting on some closed toe shoes shoe It was a chore trying to put on shoes yesterday and today and gosh that hurt.

So much I wanted to comment on but forgot...dang I'm getting old.

Den and I are doing fine...just trucking along. Den is still with this group here in Atlanta and they are in the process of getting some full time gigs so we shall see how that goes over. In the meantime, Den is applying everywhere under the sun.
