So he checked signed and sent it by Fedex right away . Anyone here had same issue? Non meaningful box to be checked . How long it took to get NOA2 after that ? Thanks for a response .

I am so sorry to hear this... but to be honest after and RFE is very difficult to predict.... some people might have it done fast others dont... is the same as timeframes for your regular processing time (impossible to predict)... my suggestion is look in the approved area for the timeline option here in VJ (for people who got an RFE) and try to guess an estimate of when should you receive something....

The problem I have with the flu shot is that it is a guess... The CDC guesses as to which flu strain will be the one that hits... and then we get that vaccine.. often they guess wrong

Funny thing reading the posts on this site . Everyone is getting approved except march and april people and almost everyone thanking the lord or god whatever it is but not damned USCIS hahahahah . what in the name of devil March and April people have done to Gods to make them miserable ? Do we believe some other Gods or are we atheists that Gods forgot us and what exactly other people from May June offering their Gods so the got some sort of mercy ? Blood, Lambs, cows, backed goods, fruits, wine, virgins? any other sacrifices ? and where they gather ? what beach ? mountains?

Richard, I called again and got a little more information about what may be going on with mine, and possibly yours. I asked the usual questions and I also wanted to know when I would officially be outside of normal processing times. Each letter you receive from the VSC says you will have a response within 60 days. I wanted to know if my 60 day sentences ran consecutively or concurrently.....

The officer told me that they are in the process of verifying Lars' divorce documents which I assume means communicating with Denmark or some third party company that vets these types of documents. The officer asked if any children were involved with my application and she explained that it takes a little longer to verify custody documents, etc....

Now, to quote my good friend Stephen, this may be a load of whooey but.....I know Denmark and the Danes are never in a hurry to do ANYTHING! Poland, I am not so sure about but this may be why you don't have anything just yet.....

almost all europeans are never in hurry to do anything. I actually envy them for it. That the way to live life and enjoy it. surprised at Danes since its a northern country but because its socialism there then its totally understandable Guys focus on a nice weekend event thought its sucks to have them without loved ones.

But I logged on to USCIS system this morning as usually as I do for last few months and was surprised to see another touch dated today. What that might be ?

As for why another touch... Just because they said they sent the RFE... doesn't really mean it went in the mail.... from what i have read here... many times it takes 3 or 4 days to actually get it in the post... that is my take on why.
