Do they need to list just colleges attended in this section or all schools since kindergarten?

OK, so my AOS shows paid, but i have not received anything since. Hubby got notice from NVC that his ds3032 was accepted and they will be sending information to me about paying the IV bill. I have not signed in to check yet but I haven't received anything from NVC since I paid the AOS fee. Should I go ahead and send the AOS package or just wait till they send instructions? Do I send AOS separate from DS-230 or together? When do we need the PCC? Is it sent in with the DS-230 package or presented at the embassy during interview?

I am confused on one thing. We received our emails tonight for the aos fee and the ds3032 form. I see people state they emailed that form in...Can my hubby sign that form and email it or does he have to snail mail the original form in?

I was approved around the same time as you...got my NVC case number feb 1 so now I am in for the ride..Not sure what happens next though

I got my NVC case number ... so now what? Hubby is working on getting his documents like police certificates and birth certificate etc...but I am not sure what to do now.

were you getting touched allong the way or did the NOA2 come from no where?

I had not been touched since the day they mailed out my NOA1...Then Bam...Sunday night I check email and there it is...so it literally came out of nowhere. I guess after Christmas break they are hitting September filers hard! I'd bet most all September filers should find something out soon! I was a little worried as I am not using a lawyer..I am processing all this myself with the help of google and of course my fellow VJ members! Thanks guys for all your help!

I was just NOA2 approved Jan 22 and now I know its time to fill out the financial paperwork. I made well over the required income last year but i lost my job due to economy in december. I have unemployment income filed..but have not received and will start a new job Feb 1 but will not have a pay stub for several days showing the amount. Can I get a letter from my employer stating my salary etc..to satisfy the requirement or do i have to wait until i have an official paystub?..Such bad timing to lose my job..

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I opened up my email and got the notice that my application has been approved as of Jan 22!! NOA2 is on the way!! Not sure what happens next but I know this is very good for us!! Yeahhhhh....hang in there guys...I guess I am heading to NVC now!

I am here waiting too...last touch was Sept 30! Was hoping by the time I got back from India there would be some activity...no dice! Sounds like they are hitting the September filers hard right now though so my fingers are crossed!

I just got back on the 17th from a visit with my hubby back in bangalore India. It was great..my flight landed 50 minutes before midnight on new years eve so we got to be together, in a cab as the airport in bangalore is way out of the city, but we were together at midnight! Then enjoyed over 2 weeks together to start the year out. Now I am home and its back to being depressed and impatient as I await some sort of notice as our file has not been touched since the NOA1 notice was given. Hope things speed along soon..this distance is a killer!

Am I too hopeful to think that this whole process could be finished and he actually get to come here by May?..most likely but never hurts to hope right?

Well, I am a lucky one who gets to go to India and spend most of January with my my hubby so maybe when I get back, our approval will be waiting. I am counting down the days now....In 3 weeks I will be in my hubbys arms again for the first time in over 4 months...Arriving just in time for New Years!

Yeah, I have been working out now for a while...I have lost 95 lbs since last november..I still need to lose another 40 but I am getting there..things are alot harder now to get the pounds off...am trying new workouts but trying to avoid any harsh diets..I am making a lifestyle change..so I don't want to do anything I cannot keep up for the rest of my life..if that makes sense...any suggestions?

This has to be the most stressful time in my entire life...I really miss my hubby...what did people do before skype?

Maybe NOA2 is just around the corner for us all..at least its a busy time of year so maybe we can keep our thoughts on other things to make time go by quicker???..

Ok..I am a september filer myself..and it looks like quite a few of you already have NOA2...I hope and pray ours goes this fast!! I never realized how hard the separation could be...Either way, I am making the haul back to India in December for New Years..will be my third trip to India this year...Lets all keep our fingers crossed...

I just mailed in our I-130 packet on Friday September 18..so its the waiting game for us now....
