they would always do a credit first , but in your case the account was on hold which you did not know and you should have just deposited a cash which you did not know the would put the stupid check on hold !!!! any ways the debt from the credit card is what makes the account go over if am not mistaken, i am sure nvc will reject it on the normal business day which will be monday but so your best bet is to deposit money on the account and call and see if it was rejected or check the web if it did, go a head and make another payment !! but to the most part they are picky on float checks ( flost is when an bank account is on hold ) so it will be rejected soon so that you can pay but i think if you could make a deposit today ( cash ) it will be great too !!

Hi i think you should start gathering all the doc now i fall behind because i couldn not find any one and the one i found was sooo lazyy lol any ways you need their three years tax trascript and w2 they can get that from IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040 that takes about 7-10 days by mail to get to their house , and get their employement letter , and citizenship or resident status doc ,, make a copy of every thing before sending it ... and ofcourse you would need 864 downloaded depending on what you are gonna use 864 Ez, 864 read the guidlines on wiki or nvc website good luck

okay guys finally got every thing together i hope ( my fingers crossed ) for 864 to be approved am sending it right now i have attached 864 forms for me and the co sponsor , employement letter for the co sponsor and tax w2 and trascropts for 2006-2008, and citizen ship letters,aos paid cover sheet and assest provement ,, man what else i have been making copies all day it is horible and i have attached a check list is that all i needed i cannot send it with out talking to my homies so what you guys thing !! let me know i am heading to the post office to do it overnight delievery what ya'll think ???

paris !! not sending an AOS is that gonna be a problem it has been three days since they ask for it and i still have not gotten my papers together From the sponsor she is a procrastinator well i cannot do any thing about it since she is trying to help me !!! so are they gonna drag my papers when i am get send to them because of delay repsond?

when did you pay it !! if you pay it today online it should take about two or three business days bank trasaction !! so i am thinking you should get it going friday hopefully

malka thanks for the respond !! well the cosponsor got enough income for the poverty guide line the only thing looks like it is left for me is the employee letter ( which is very essential ) also i did not have the trascript for 2006 and i called this morning and the operator said it is fine if you don't have it they want the most recent well will see if i can send in this 864 mess tommorow i cannot wait to get it out of my hand !!!

i still have not send in my AOS i am missing a few things from the co sponsor (ofcourse) hope it is not gonna delay me on their process for sending it late ? is it ? but it is depressing i don't feel like studing at all !!! and being in a grad school i should be on top of things ,, but i miss my husband and don't want to do the studying !!

why in the world we need to make copies of the doc that are original if they need it they will make copies who is getting this from where !! any vj'r got it from vj please sight it this can be misleading please!!

okay guys my Iv is genertated i just pay the fee, i figure that meant that they got the ds 3032 from my husband who he scaned and signed and email to nvc on friday, thank god another headache is off of me waiting on the co sponsor to finish her paper work i want to send the AOS tommorow but it looks impossbile these cosponsors donot care i guess it does not hurt them i guess i wait,. and wait !!!!!!!! no nvc complaint so far !!
