  1. The company isn't stupid. This is the norm in most companies. Important life event changes are to be registered with HR within 30 days. The company allows 30 days to add your dependent to the insurance or else you must wait until the open enrollment season. Your husband could've added you to his health plan even if you were outside the US. He'd be paying the health premium without you actually getting any benefit. I'm sure whatever country you came from doesn't accept American insurance companies.

You're new to America and you're already whinning about American ways of life. Sheesh.

IndigoSkies.....she is not whinning she wants security.....I was in ER in US and my husband put out $2500...this is about health and saving...you shesssssssss!!!!!

On my case we were waited 6 months till the enrollment so with in that 6 months we really dont know what gonna be happend... hope you can make this straight...you will be alright soon.

  2. Hi Guys,

Is anyone who got an interview in USEM got the same case as mine....how many days they will diliver my visa after they can have my cenomar?

  3. I am preparing for my interview together with my kids petitioner stepchildren on June 2 ...i am really confused because we have different case number and seperated letter of appointment for interview do i need seperate files to each of us like supporting documents (example) for the I-864 and copy of taxes do i have to have 3 copies of that?...i appreciate any answer from you guys and thank you so much...

  4. Ok...so your husband can call the IRS @ 800-829-1040 and request a transcript of his 2009 tax return.

See this article: How to Obtain a Tax Return Transcript

If he will be next to a FAX machine when he calls....he can ask the operator to please FAX it immediately....which they are willing to do!

Then he can scan and email it to you.

This will be the quickest way!

A copy of his 2009 tax return transcript is admissible in place of the tax return.

See here: USCIS Affidavit of Support

    As stated:

All sponsors must submit the following documentation with their I-864:

*Proof of current employment or self employment

*A photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax return for your most recent tax year, or an explanation if it is not submitted. Your W-2s and/or 1099 forms may also be required, see the I-864 instructions for details.

My husband call to those people who did his tax refund so they sent the 1040 and summary of his 2007,2008 and 2009 to him and he emailed it to me, all the information about his tax refund are there.... Do you think this just ok to bring with me on my interview together with the 3 years transcript(2006,2007,and 2008) and the copy of our package that we sent to NVC....
  5. Hi Guys,

To all the guys who files CR1 in Manila....i just have some question...my wife got interview on June 2 and she got her medical passed and the St. Lukes took her passport and send it together with the result to the US Embassy manila...i just want to ask if she can have her passport with the visa on it on June 2 for im going to buy her ticket for June 10...i am just a little worry maybe June 10 is so close for her interview and dont have her visa on that day....thanks

  6. thank you sachinky.

so im just gonna send them a new ds230.

I got RFE for original marriage contract, birth certificate for in my understanding of certified copy i can go to any lawyer and photocopy my stuff and certified it....well now i know certified copy means a certified copy has stamps and certified from the national statistics office

  7. First you need to terminate the visa process. that's the first step. then you can worry for your divorce.

How can someone be unfaithful if there is love....she did it because she doesnt have enough love to her husband or soooo....if she did it now and forgive her she will do it again later....you can have less pain when you divorce her now than later...and this is my opinion for i am being away to my husband for 9 months after living together for a year and this is a big sacrifice for both of us.....i been thinking him all the time....thats because i love my husband so much..... how can you cheat if there is so much love....

  8. Guys,

As you will see from my feedback and timeline my journey has been a jumble. Be very selective to pick a attorney (if you are going to have one). It's very handy to have an attorney, it helped us allot with documents writing etc BUT she was a completed B.!.T.C.H. I monitored everything she did. Even resisted when she said don't call NVC, I ignored this and good thing I did. To date, she hasn't even followed up if I have received my visa of not.

We paid a total of $1,750. I mean it was good I hired a attorney, but this women is rubbish!! I have sent a huge complaint letter to her boss.

I paid $1000 before for nothing..i know i sign and a non refundable agreement before I hire them for they sound they can do my immigration thing..but after i pay them and talk to the lawyer they assigned to my case I was shocked when she just know about K3 and dont know about CR1 since i want a CR1 i told them to return my money back for i will search and handle my immigration proecessing myself than hiring this firm that is not updated the immigration thing...but sad to say i never get my money back...and now im doing our immigration ourself...thanks to this forum this is really a relief for the immigration processing.

  9. Hey all,

I got my fingerprint police check back from the rcmp but the certificate doesnt show my maiden name on it. I am alittle concerned here because from what i have read you have to have a certificate that has both names on it. I did send a FBI fingerprint card that said my maiden name and I am a little surprised that this certificate wouldnt mention my maiden name.. any advice?

Hi there,I think thats just ok for you send a set of FBI finger prints they can see all the information about you. By the way,I just want to ask you when did you file your police certificate to RCMP i am still waiting to mine i filed it last feb 3...overseas...i am happy for you.... you got it for a long waiting...

  10. Hey guys,

I know it says to send in the originals + one photocopy. Photocopies just for the originals or photocopies for every single document sent in??

    JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE!!

    thanks!

just send the original one...send the photocopy to the beneficiary for it needs during the interview....
