Another person from my k1 group was transferred to csc and after waiting 7 months they just got an rfe about medical records. Bleh.

I had my biometrics in Indianapolis on Jan 20. Went fast..bout 10 mins. Just needed passport appt letter and receipt numbers. Though I took everything else just in case. They didn't require anything for proof of name change. My app for GC was transferred to California today as well.

I love montreal. I went there for my k1 visa interview. Great to visit.

I did my biometrics on the 20th. Hours of driving for 10 mins of stuff. Indianapolis is over 2 hours away. At least its done though.

Today My status was updated for residence and I am pleased to say my application was sent to California! Keeping my fingers crossed because I can almost see that finishing line.

I'm starting to think the good luck our group had has run out...though I'm hoping for a turn around. I'm really sorry kayla..bad news all around. I hope you are feeling better than the weekend krystle. I also hope for Jenn that he stayed....and I hope you all get miracles.

Looks like I belong to this group. Filed aos in December. They received it Dec 16th. Accepted Dec 21st and received i-797C for i-485 and i-765 shortly after. Last touched Dec 23. Received biometrics yesterday for Jan 20 in Indianapolis.

Heck yeah it posted! Good sign! Lol. Ok as far as my update goes AOS is filed..checks cashed..receipt letters received and last touched Dec 23rd. So I may finally get to join you finished with uscis for two years people! Hoping no rfe etc. I get kenyth to take my phone to work now and I keep the blackberry ..so if these posts keep working I should be able to stay in touch more! I missed all of you. We have started house hunting and found one or two that interested us but then found out the neighbourhood is questionable..so we are still looking. Not trying to be too picky but we are looking for something that we can stay in for a long time. That's about all that had been going on with us that is major.
