Yes. your spouse still needs to provide his tax information like tax transcript or w2 and 1040 and the same goes for the co sponsor .

we did 3 years of tax information and also co sponsor recent paystubs. And again, is the petition employed? If yes,he would need to provide paystubs too.

No, u dont. need a sponsor and no, u dont have to show bank account and all. U make above the poverty guideline.

What about all your supporting docs for the I134 although you have a co-sponsor you still need to submit tax returns pay stubs and letter from employer as well.....Good luck

I am about to mail my package to my fiancé in Nigeria via fedex.

Honestly I am still confused. The "appointment letter" is what exactly? I got a packet 3 with a bunch of forms in it. I also received a letter from NVC. I never received a packet 4. Also, the embassy only emailed me the date because I requested that they do so and so I just have an email that I can't print because they've written the text in color and my printer is only black ink. If it is something they send in a packet, how do I get it, what does it look like, what does it say exactly? Is it on their letterhead with the seal and all? I really don't know. Thank you everyone!

Appointment letter you got in the mail from NVC stating your case has been transferred to Lagos.It has the Lagos case number and all....

I would wait till 1st wk in june...Am sure another update would be out by then...

I called DOS this morning and they said no interview date has been scheduled yet. Few hrs later i got an email for our interview date.

Have you sent Lagos consulate an email yet? If not.Please do.

Mine left april 15th,.....sent the embassy an email....still no response....Called dos ...no update.

called DOS today and they said my package arrived in lagos but havent been put into the system. gosh wish we could just do everything online.
