I am not sure about what to do. The ISO at the school is no help, she won't even talk to me in person or on the phone. I have to talk to other school admins and they have to tell me what to do. I was thiking maybe better try to transfer than waisting $350 in OPT. I have a little baby so I can't really work for now.

and read post #11 from nekomyu there is a list of things you need for AOS package (to give you an idea) plus read the form instructions what else applies to you.

no you don't need to do that as far as I know. We have been married for more than 4 years. I don't have a lawyer & can't afford one. The forms are very straight forward and I don't have a complicated case F-1 status to AOS without going out of status should be easier.

Also, go the IRS website and try to get 3 years of the latest tax transcripts. You can do that on the phone or by mail, you'll need it for I-864. This takes about 10 days or two weeks, so plan in advance.

I have done the first appointment(monday)of the medical exam and Doctor is going to do some bloodwork. I have to go today to check the TB test. Doc told me to do three vacines

1. TD (done in 2004 for school)

2. Varicella (I asked my parent and they told me I have had it and scares for it)

3. MMR I only have one of them might have to go and do it one more time.
