Best of Luck! and God bless =)

I appreciate all your replies. Thanks so much!

is it before tax or after tax? =)
-
Why dont you try PAL? How much is the fare difference between PAL and other carrier? I just bought my mom a one-way ticket today from PAL, and it cost $736 (including tax). Its a 12hr direct flight. I called PAL Reservation 855-8888 and booked her on Oct 15, Will pick up the ticket tomorrow in Makati. I am the creditcard holder and my mom is the traveler, and had no problem.

Question: How much should be the monthly (atleast average) salary of the petitioner to pass the income requirement?

it will be more cool if my wife only has to answer one or two questions. lol
i sent all originals to NVC and the interview letter says all checked and accepted
so it means she does not have to bring any paper with her other than relationship stuff
i am hoping she go through in the interview smoothly but u never know what can happen
i am praying for the pink next week it will be all over for us. keep us in ur prayer.
abby n sheryl
I got confused. Did you say, you sent your original docs to NVC and they accepted it? Is it a new procedure? So you mean, ur wife will not bring her NBI clearance, birth certicate, ITR and W2 to the interview? When did you sent those?
hey paris
i wish i can help u with K1
i only know something about CR1
i follow the guide exactly and did what it says 100%
i am so happy that they have all the info in guide in VJ
much better than lawyer
good luck
abby n sheryl
you read it right girl, but dont be confused coz nvc requires such of docs only from the CR1 applicants.
Oh ok...I'm a K1 applicant, so no need for me to send those docs to NVC right? Will bring the required docs during my interview then. I'm a newbie =), hence im trying to read all the stuff here...and it seems that im having information overload.

Just wondering...is there anyone here who has pinoy fiance (petitioner)?
-
Tell her to buy either globe or smart sim. Its only 50pesos i think. She could call the Customer Service 24 hours before her flight and request for roaming service. It would take her less than 5mins to do that. =) Make sure to load the sim. For globe, the call charge is 80 or 85 pesos per minute...for the text, i think its 15 or 25 pesos, not sure though. So make sure that she loaded it with atleast 500pesos. =) Please note that even if you were the one who called her, the 80-85 pesos will still be deducted from her load...oh, and even missed calls. =) Goodluck!

I've been browsing the topics here (and im learning a lot! thanks VJ people for sharing your experiences and advice). I'm glad i've found this forum
I have a question about the sputum test. Does everyone undergo sputum test? How would I know if i am a candidate? I've read that it will take around 2 months to get the result of sputum test? dang! thats a long wait!
Can anyone here share their experience/s on their medical exam? I'm kinda nervous kase, i just found out (during our APE) that I have hypertension (but im still in denial, hehe)..hope this will not be much of a problem.
Ang layo na ng narating ko! wala pa nga ako NOA2, medical na nasa isip ko! hahahah =)
Thanks! Thanks!

Your case is quite interesting. Medyo nagulo ang braincells ko dun, heheh. Based on my understanding..u signed a doc saying that you got married for immigration purposes? Did you read and fully understand the doc before you signed it? What made you sign? I suggest that u have to find an immigration lawyer that could assist you with your case, because its really complicated.
Hope your case will be resolved soon! Keep us posted

I think Art Bell was just a victim of email hoax back then, here's an email from him defending himself. Let's give Art Bell the benefit of the doubt
======================================================================
This From Art Bell:
AN Open Letter to My Listeners
July 1, 2001
Another event in the seemingly never ending strange series of events in my life occurred, which will prevent me from being on the air this week. A horrible Racist article which has been on the Internet for almost three years, despite all our best efforts, has just been published by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (The largest circulation Newspaper in that country). This has resulted in hundreds of e-mails and death threats to me and my family. Even the slightest effort on their part, would have resulted in the truth before rushing to publish. The article appeared in the Entertainment section of the Sunday edition (July 1, 2001).
As many of you I hope are aware, I DID NOT WRITE this trash and never would, in fact my wife is half Filipino. It was originally sent from a computer located at U.C.S.D. in southern California. They have sent a apology which has been posted on this website (see below) for almost three years. Over that period of time EVERY inquiry has been answered by myself, my Webmaster and the Network.
We are presently taking all legal steps possible, however in the meantime there is a very real physical danger to my family and myself. This will require my full time attention for the moment. The Newspaper (as of this writing) still, has NOT published a Retraction, even though they have been served with a Demand Letter to do so.
The newspaper’s e-mail addresses are feedback@inq7.net, jvaruta@inquirer.com.ph, readersadvocate@inquirer.com.ph, should you care to help, by urging them to promptly retract this dangerous, reckless, thoughtless article. See you soon.

I used N/A on my wifes K-1. They just want something in every box so there is no guess work N/A is Not Applicable, it's OK.
My wife is here in the U.S and up to now and going through our AOS process for the next Phase.
GOOD LUCK and it does take a long time it seems ...
David
Thanks for the response. I'm glad i've found this forum. This is really a big help

I guess all you have to do is wait Don't sweat about it.
I'm ok now.haha! We'll just wait and see =)

My fiance just sent our K1 application, and i just found out that he put N/A instead of 'none' to the question which requires 'none' for an answer. Would this be a problem? Are they (USCIS people) particular on this? I've read from another forum (dated 2005) that someone received a letter requiring them to reappeal to the commissioner because of the N/A thing. Does anyone here experienced the same problem? Would really...really appreciate your response. My anxiety is killing me
CFO question...
