  1. Thanks its been a very long wait and i've put in about 50 service requests, called congressman, lawyer, etc, Does no good =/ I just want a yes or no answer so we can move forward in life. Its very difficult, but we stay strong, so I will give up and leave my country for good. =/

      hey! what happened to your case? did you try calling USCIS? they better have an explanation for this coz NOA2 processing time is 5 motnhs. how come that happened? i'm sorry to hear that.

  5. Waiting on I-130 for 1 year, 2 months, 25 days at this point, congressman, lawyer, and uscis are of no help

  6. I am an Adam Wlash Act filer, which is IMBRA I guess. Thats why our case is taking so long

  7. 449 days since we filed our I-130 USCIS needs to be sued into oblivion

  8. Its been 1 year, 2 months, 18 days since we filed the I-130 going no where fast, keep getting excuses

  10. We contact the congressman every month they say its pending and nothing they can do. I have a lawyer but they dont seem to be very forceful against uscis on the issue

  11. No updates for me , my I-130 has been pending for 1 year, 2 months, 3 days

  12. 411 days since I filed the I-130 think they will approve or deny before I sue them?

  15. No progress so far its been over 1 year waiting on the I-130 for my wife , we were transferred from california to vermont just a month or so ago. They always tell us the same time frames, 45 days, 60 days, 180 days over and over. Seems nothing we can do

  19. I called them recently they told me since it changed from California to vermont, that they now have another 180 days to process . This month marks 1 year that they have had my I-130 , I have a lawyer, ive called my congressman , its just not moving . They always "touch" the case, therefor uscis customer service wont enter a service request

    I just hope they dont drag it out y...

  20. Immigration is just taking forever and ever, taking time away from my wife and I that we should be together , Morally, its not right
