It been bout 1 month since approval of my petition.Why it is taken so long to get to NVC?I just hate the feeling that so close but now seem like a 5 month wait to me even if it only been a month.She even gather the most the document she needs and I have also. Maybe,I started to early on prepareing for the interview.I called NVC THEY SAY IT CAN BE MAILED SOMTIMES 4 WEEKS TO 90 DAYS(SO horrible)

Do I send a copy or the original of the NOA2 to my fiancee?I read she can do the medical early with that and the MNL#.Also is it fine if she also start collecting the NBI and other papars.What do she need to get her police clearence?

I'm getting the I-134 ready for the interview.I read the website from the U.S. Embassy in Manila.It say need last year tax return.I be sure to send past 3(2007,2008,2009).I made only about 7,000 for 2007 and about 13,000 for 2008 & 2009. I started a job that pays 20,160 annaully (over the 120% guideline),but I started only in September,for those years I mostly been a student.I look closely and it say they look at the current amount that you make.Should I worry bout that I did not make enough in the past or am I just stressing myself?I curious if i should worry bout the past amount i made and just prepare a co-sponsor.I plan to switch company in the building I work in but I will need to resign for 1 month.That jobs pay double my current salary.Is it okay that I make over the guidline now or should I worry that not make enough in the past.

All of your post was helpful.The business is in her name and she doing good with it.I do speak tagalog a little and working on learning visayas.We have talked and she compromise with me that she stay 5 years and go back.Of course,she want me to join her.I already know her intentions is not bad.I at least see it as a chance to change her mind further.I would not mind to live there but only in good conditions.I have a good saving for now,but I still at least want be more prepared.I'm a old fashion type of guy with old type of belief.There is some advice given that conflicts with my beliefs.I never believe that just cause something hard relationship it's best to leave or end it.I do love her and many times she shown me that her feelings is true.

This is hard to explain to anyone and maybe will sound strange.My fiancee since the seond month of the NOA1 she has refuse to come live in America.I asked her the reason she has given me many.Strangely,There is 1 other option if i want to be with my love.She wants me to go there.I know the conditions for the 13(a)Permanent Residence Visa, and other option to stay there.I willing to do it if it what takes be with the women to be my wife.We talk it with family members and friends.I will cancel the visa a few days from now.I give her time to see her if change mind.We have a small store already in philippines and and few other small businesses.We agreed on a 6 month to 12 months saving period to improve things before plans to go.I don't know what to do.

Do anyone have advice or ideas would be nice?!!

I make more then the 125% poverty guideline,but it only about (20,160 ~ My current income).The embassy is asking fro 18,212.I get a raise every 2 months for a year.I figure I will get about 2 more raises before the interview .My estimated total would be 21,120 or 22,080 in bout 4 months.I only curious will that be fine.I have other options to consider that can help,but I trying to avoid the co-sponsor.

I curious I been reading bout the affidavit support in the forum.I hear people say they make a little above the poverty guideline but still need a co-sponsor.I think for 2 people at 125% you need to make 18,212.How much more do you need to make above that to not have to use a co-sponsor?

I maybe have a slight problem. I know you should make a copy of the frist I-129f petition for the NOA2 .I lost my USB with the I-129F save on it.I mostly remember all the information on it.I have 5 addresses on there and I missing the last address number and the exact month that I lived there from 5 years ago..I also did not make a copy of my boarding pass from the date I arrived in Philippines.I do have 2 other airlines ticket with both our names on it.This is when we traveled a little in the Philippines.I had my petition prepare ahead of time so I had it for months.I can't get the correct address again and I can only replace the boarding pass with the ticket stub I was given the day I bought it.Its has the same information on it.Should I just put the address and month I think it was and add that ticket stub?Do you think it be a big problem?The information is nearly the same but only small details are missing.I hoping very much it not thought of as fraud or a RFE.Should I write a letter explaoing that part adn hope for the best?The NOA2 is months down the road form now but I starting early on gathering the needed papers.

Excuse me.I not being clear.I don't have a bank account and I plan use money order.I can't make a full money order with 455 the limit I told is 300.Then i wil need to make another at 155.I curious anyone have expreience using the money order to pay.

I sending my petition on monday evening.I want to send payment by money order,but I told that the max is 300.So ,Will it be okay I have 2 money orders?I think one money order is 300 and the other 155 payed to the USCIS.I'm not sure !!I never used a money order before and I don't know if this will create a problem.Is there a diffferent type money order beside western union that allow me to send full 455?Any help is great.Time for Bed.

I plan to submit my I-129F Petition end of this month.I check many time and get different answer from many people.I''m told that US Embassy in Manila don't accept co-sponsorship.I only make minimum wage at $7.25(about $13,050 a year.) I'm a student in college also and I think i will need a second or better job.I talk with her about joining the Navy or Army and finish school later.If anyone had any experience with the co-sponsorship and passed with a co-sponsor at U.S Embassy Manila.?

If your girl is at the bottom of the Philippines, does that mean she has to go to Manila for the medical exam and then back up Manila for the interview and then Back up to Manila to pick up the visa and package?

How does that work.

She can go to Manila and go back home.You should have stay with family if she have in Manila or have her spend time in hotel .The embassy will mail the package to her.If she have a postal ID and the embassy have her address.She get her visa in bout 5 to 7 days.So,there be no need to make 2 trips to Manila.Plane tickets cheap so should be no problem.

This year in early march I visited my fiancee for 2 months.She wanted a better computer,so;I got a extra one I had that i was using for chat's.I talk to her on yahoo messager since december 20,2007.When i was there I did somthing stupid that cause the power supply to blow in thre computer.So,We belive our saved chats are all gone.I'm told that such things can affect you harddrive.I was gonna print those chat logs when we connected the computer to her house.Sadly,That part my eveidence might be gone forever.All that i have left to prove is western union receipts that i sent her a allowance every week.That simple cause I did not want her to work,but i read that the embassy might see it as buying a bride or something.We have a few e-mails,but I not sure that be enough.I do have the photos of our meeting,the affidavit of leiu to contract marriage to american citizen.(Do you change of plans i still have this form and did not get married there.)Do you think that this will be a hugh problem with approval of the I-129F(K-1 Visa).Would a letter explaining my problem and sign letter from people that know that we have been togther and talk constantly for the past 2 years help at all?
