  2. Thanks everyone for help.I already called and have appointment for interview on April,19.I had to call and have embassy e-mail the appointment letter. She will go for medical on the this week and pay visa application. Thanks Alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Truthfully,I never mail anything to Philippines.I need send the I-130 and other documents and I'm afraid she will never get it.I know she don't have a number street adress.I know she have street ,city, province name. She have a postal I.D.If I send will everything be alright.I worried if the mail is lost or somthing and the orginal document would be gone.Or,That she will never recieved the mail.

  4. She going to her medical in about 2 weeks.I calling for interview to set it about 2 weeks after that. What I'm confused about is I told I have to pay $400 dollars for visa fee and I get confusing information about it.I don't know if I have to pay it or not for a K-1 visa.

  5. I getting a little lost in my search. So,I hope someone can clear this up for me.I keep reading different information about increased fees.

What is do I have to pay for when she get to manila?I just searching for the amount and what has to be paid.

    Medical fee??

    Visa Application?

Can you help me by telling me everything you had pay for before the interview.

No need to include hotel room or any that information.

  6. Thanks a lot of you!!I got the print out with the dates.I just need cause we mostly chat on yahoo(e-mails & chatting) and call.I don't have any records of cellphone and recent photos of having met.I got only a few e-mails and a lot chats archives.I still have packages we sent each other and I believe receipt of engagement ring.I hope what I send in is enough.

  7. I happy I check today about my re-approved petition and it already been sent to NVC.Also,It's on the way to U.S Embassy in manila. The long blank period of nothing happening after the first approved petiton. We almost there .Thank you all.Now I got to help her prepare for interview and medical.

  8. I just add this her if anyone looking a for the same answer.

1: Check with USCIS cause they seem to hold approved petition and look over them again (UNKNOWN REASONS)

2: Remember to message your congressman (fax,e-mail,phone) any method available to you

    I

also call and check with USCIS.My petition was approved Feb 1ST.It been 1 month and NVC never got it.Now,They told me it was amended and re-approved for March 10th.I still gonna send in my info that I can hopefully be better this time. It's at least look like the congressman office is doing there job unlike USCIS.Now,I just need to wait and see if NVC get it within the 2 weeks or 3 weeks of approval.

Well,No comments for this, but I seem to got my answer on my own.

  9. I had the same problem.I got a e-mail from my congressman office requesting my info so he can look into it.I also call and check with USCIS.My petition was approved Feb 1ST.It been 1 month and NVC never got it.Now,They told me it was amended and re-approved for March 10th.I still gonna send in my info that I can hopefully be better this time. It's at least look like the congressman office is doing there job unlike USCIS.Now,I just need to wait and see if NVC get it within the 2 weeks or 3 weeks of approval.

  10. Yeah,I talked to a person from USCIS and NVC.I'm think I'm going crazy.I nearly calling NVC almost every day.I try keeping my fiancee calm by telling her that it a good thing. In fact it like I'm waiting for something to happen when it should have been mail out before. You would think that approved petition are collected and mail at a surtend time to be taken to the correct embassy.I just imagining it now.My petition on the way to mail room. Oops ,It falling on the floor and pushed under someone messy desk or slide beside 2 cabinets .

  11. I called USCIS and NVC they both saying same thing. They telling me it take up to 90 days. That really make me mad.I see alot cases approved and sent and recieved by NVC in 1 week or 2.I feel like im on the old timeline for K-1 visa waiting fro 7 months up to a year. It's sad to me see other after approved and the process spends up.It feel like hell when mines feel it slows down for no reason .I can only gues that they mail me my NOA2 aqnd never mail my package to NVC.I message my congressman like a nice person on here told me to try.I stil ahve not gotten a response from them also.I think I understand people more when things like this happen and they start go crazy.I even startoing to consider another option that leave me in a bind, but feel it only way for me to be with the women I love.
