This will be my last question.Do you send the stuff for 13 a visa to Philippines embassy in America or you send to consulate in the Philippines?I buying the ticket for may 1st and want make sure so I know.

Is there a savings reqiurment for the 13A visa?If so how much is it?I search and wide on many website and did not find the information I need.I know if you gonna retire you go tot have a bank savings to get a retirement visa.I have some savings but need to know if there a amount you must show for the application of the visa.

It's very simple question.My wife wants to divorce me and go back home.Should we divorce before she go back home or can we do it even if she in Philippines?I just want know coz I know u cant divorce in Philippines.Would that effect the divorce process?She don't have a cond green card yet.If i divorce her here she wil be out of status i think and i don't want a forced deporatation.Just get the divorce and she catch her flight back home.

I see so only 2 options.Do you know if the 13a hard to get or should i just stay 1 year then fly to near country?

Hi,I married to a Filipino.I curious to the reqiurmetns for the 13a Resident visa.I just want to know what is all the papers and fee's needed.My wife want's to back home very much and she sad here.So, I plan to stay here until she feeling better (maybe 1 year and few months).We just want to do this without all the visa extentions and trips to the consulate/embassy.You can clearly see that in my profile that I am young,but I have a good paying job here.I won't be staying forever or anything.I just want to do what is best for my wife.

My wife is waiting for adjustment of status.I have to fly to Baton Rouge and Orlando for business.I have a big promotion and I will be moving to Orlando in few months.She want to go with me for a small view of where we will be living.Do I need to file any forms if she want to travel within the USA before AOS document needed is sent back?

Ok ..late posting,but....

I went to different SSN office and got the same answer.I even pretended no to be married.We had more then 14 days to file and it was the 15th date.They keep telling me i need to file for I-765.I spoke to the boss and they all act they dumb.I provided papers from there own wedsite.I called the US Customs and border and USCIS and they told me also to file at EAD.All this is very confusing Information and I fear things could get worst. Any ideas what could happen from this point on?

I was told she had to get her named change before marriage and it had to be her maiden name.The i-194 is for K-1 Visa.So,the clerk said that since she married already the 1-94 is no longer valid and she cant get new in the married name.

I have a problem.I did not get her Social Security Number before married.So,I'm told that I cant get in the new name ,cause;it complfict with the system.What are my options to correct this problem.The SSN officer told me to change the name on the I-94.Is that even possible?I know i need the SSN for her to get the things we wil neeed for AOS.

Do you pay for adjustment of status when you have the interview or when you send in the paper work?

Yes,She has the cfo sticket already.I made sure she go it Monday and everything is in order.

I know we have Filipino-American Association of Greater Atlanta .I will try see what that is about.I just asking so that she get to know some here.She be here on Monday night.I think it help her with the adjustment to American life.

She already tried make me move there this year.HAHAH!I like to go but we both young.I give it some time when we older and wiser.I missed being in Davao and Digos.I was there for 2 months and did not want to leave.

The Interview was April 27th and she got it today May 1st.I told her by the time she get back home it be there.She gave me tracking number but tracking number was not found.I went to sleep and she calls to say she got mail form embassy.It's was on 3 hours later when that happen.Guess,That was 4 days delivery to Davao.
