Hey everyone!

Does anyone know what time of day the USCIS website is updated? Is it on a rolling basis, or does it update at a set time every day? Are the files updated several cases at a time or just case by case? I would appreciate any info to calm my nerves.

Saw this timeline, not an expedite.............

2009-02-09: I-129F sent to CSC — 2009-02-12: I-129F received by CSC

2009-02-12: I-129F NOA1 — 2009-02-21: NOA1 hard copy received

2009-03-31: I-129F NOA2 — 2009-04-06: NOA2 hard copy received

2009-04-23: Embassy Notification Letter — 2009-05-06: Notification Letter received in the mail

2009-06-08/09: Medical at SLMCEC — PASSED!!!

2009-06-18: Visa Interview — APPROVED!!!

That is about 4 months total this year.

Man, starting to wish I was at CSC... How can you tell whether or not it's an expedited filing?

I definitely second that. I'm at VSC with an NOA1 of Feb 18th, and I was getting so excited watching the estimate processing day inch closer and closer. However, the estimated processing date has been stalled for several days at Feb 17th, and actually moved back one day to Feb 16th this evening. I recommend keeping an eye on filers on Igor's list, whose NOA1 dates are close to yours, and get excited only when people near your date at your specific service center are receiving their NOA2.

Oh and ardently pray that people around your NOA1 date are updating their timelines regularly.

I must say i wished I were one of the February filers. Many of them have July interview dates! uscis, please work faster!!

On the bright side, you're at the Cali Service Center. Looks like you'll save almost three weeks. Be happy you're not in Vermont! It's a sweet little bonus advantage. Vermont says November 28th, 2008, right now, while Cali says 5 months on the USCIS site. So chin up and hang in there!

No kidding...the estimated NOA2 approval date has now been stuck 1 day before my NOA1 date (Feb 18th) for the last several days. I feel like I've been staring at Feb 17th forever now!! Maybe no one is updating their timeline? Tough to do anything but guess at this point...and keep on waiting
