  1. That's what I thought too. Only other real question is her having to recheck her baggage in Frankfurt.

See what happenes when I try to save a buck on airlines? "A box? You're shipping me in a box??" But baby, Fed Ex is sooo much cheaper!

Actually I just wanted her 1st POE to be in Anchorage... and the price was good. :P

    AKGuy:

She will have problems in Prague, not in Frankfurt. The Czech Republic is her first point of entry to the European Union. She will be boarding a plane to another Schengen country there. Because of that, she will need a visa to enter Prague (and later land in Frankfurt). The schengen agreement allows people to freely circulate across member states (like the states in the U.S.), as though there were open borders. There are more checks than in the U.S., but circulation in between shengen states is fairly open, reason why she will be required a visa to enter Prague.

Tell her to go to the Czech embassy and get an emergency Short-Term visa (as the Czech consulate says: "Airport transit visas are only good for short stopovers while you are waiting a few hours for your onward flight in the airport's international transit area.". If she presents her US visa and tickets as evidence, she should be given the visa quickly. With that visa she will have the right to fly to Frankfurt, and even go to a hotel there (after entering Prague, she will not have to go through immigration in Frankfurt).

Without a Schengen visa she will NOT be allowed to fly out of Russia because she is not flying directly to the US from Prague. You can do so in Frankfurt (for sure) as long as you stay in the international area of the airport and don't try to cross the passport control points. That means, if she flies from Russia to Frankfurt and then to USA, she can stay in Frankfurt without a visa, but only within the passport control points. That is also possible in Amsterdam and I believe Zurich. I think London does not allow it anymore.

In Summary: Do NOT fly between Prague and Frankfurt without a Schengen Tourist Visa.

  2. Ya - that was the case LAST YEAR.

    Currently, that's not the case.

I hope you weren't talking about your own experience in April or May (hard to say, right? you've no timeline, no data in sig area either)

then please don't offer up conjecture or opinion - the OP is asking for hard data.

    Hard facts:

    Interview in April/2010

GC in the mail 10 days later

    Welcome letter in between

  3. I find the hypocrisy of your posts hilarious.

By the way, I'm still waiting for you to get me suspended, Junior.

Two thumbs up for Gary here.

    Another cheerleader!

For your information, I have not called anybody insulting names, unless saying that somebody is arrogant is considered an insult. In my book, that is only telling the truth.

Also, for your information, I don't go around reporting people. I could care less about your collective opinions about me and how I conduct my life. You know nothing about me, so why worry about what you or any other may think? So, if you want to get suspended, go ahead and report yourself. I won't do it for you. I don't do anybody's dirty laundry.

One last thing, you are more "Junior" than me

  4. I only insulted idiots. Did you take it personally?

As a senior member of Visa Journey you should know better, but let me remind you what you agreed to when posting here:

You agree that you are responsible for any Content and communications that you Post and for any consequences thereof.

you agree that when using the Service, you will not:

Make comments in a Post either direct or implied toward another member that are purposely designed to upset, antagonize, make fun of, belittle, or otherwise instigate an argument that takes away from the personal enjoyment of the Service by other users.

I cannot count how many times you have purposely instigated me with direct insults.

    Quoting you:

A true test of your "intelligence."

  5. You said I posted that if you did not mingle assets you would be denied. Please post that or stop arguing with me over things I didn't say. I do not retract one word and all of the statements were responsible and demonstrative.

Please, back up what you say with copied posts or give it up.

I am through debating you over things you imagined I said, then when you post it, it says something entirely different.

A true test of my intelligence will to be stop to arguing with idiots.

Yet another insult. A true test of your "intelligence."

  6. Taking Wiki tests would be stupid. I will accept ehe judgement of arrogant any day.

To illustrate how ridiculus your statement is...You know we are perfect right? And we live in a perfect world, right? Actually at our AOS interview we did not have even one question asked regarding mingling of assets, or our relationship and were not asked to present, or even bring ANY evidence of ANY sort. None. Alla was asked to swear an oath that what she answered on the I-485 was true and then we were told the green cards were approved. We drove away from the office 13 minutes after arriving, including waiting room time. Why on EARTH would I say you MUST present co-minglig of assets or you would be denied when we did not and we were approved? However, I am not stupid enough to tell people they do not need any evidence and will not be asked any questions, just because we were not. I had a large box full of evidence at the interview, it stayed on my lap and was never opened, I carried it back out when we were done.

As stated above, I really think most of your problems come from not paying attention or reading something into things that isn't there or imagining things that don't exist.

So far, in this thread alone, you have stated my wife is dependent (?????), I said you MUST show co-mingling of assets for the AOS and several other simply wrong and untrue things. Can you not argue based on facts? Is it necessary to distort the facts and use those for your arguments? Do smart people do that?

In fact, you are not arguing with me at all, but with someone, I don't know who, that said the things you say...if there is such a person.

I know that you are going to say that I am quoting you out of context, because you always have an excuse to preserve your arrogant image, but the following are some of the IRRESPONSIBLE words from somebody who is the savior of the world and does not want to scare anybody (that's YOU):

You can refuse to do whatever you want, stand right up to them and tell them #### YOU!!!!!!!!! WE ARE MARRIED AND THAT IS ALL WE HAVE TO DO! I suggest you do this immediately upon entering the room with the IO just so they know where they stand and it will keep the interview short and sweet. They can send you a letter saying your AOS is denied and demand she leave within 30 days.

What they look for MOST is co-mingling of financial assets,

And the most irresponsible of ALL:

Good luck. You can take it to the Supreme Court if you like (Congress has nothing to do with adjudication) but she WILL be deported while you do it.

Understand that if you follow the route you plan, there is every likelihood your wife will be deported and you will be in for many years of legal challenges and tens of thousands in legal bills. But you can do as you wish.

You WILL play their game or they WILL swing you around their head by your b@lls! And your wife will hear all about it from you in Russia on your Skype calls.

And these are comments from the person who gets all agitated when somebody dares to POST first hand experience. According to Gary (that's you), to post them after many other VJ members with experience have said other wise is nothing more than contrary behavior intended to either try to make oneself appear special or to disagree with another just to disagree. MORE stupidity

But to POST your threats of deportation is perfectly fine, even though you also expressed that you have no first hand experience on the issue, when you say:

We walked into the interview with a box full of proof and they never looked at it or asked a question relating to our relationship.

In summary, you are SO FULL OF IT, and you know it. And you make a big effort to shut me down with insults because I exposed you. You just have a personal vendetta against me because I did not become one of your cheerleaders congratulating you for your amazing life

P.S.: You said: Taking Wiki tests would be stupid.

That is NOT a Wiki test. That link takes you to the two available tests from the High I.Q. society. If you can score more that 124 (I.Q.), they will give you a certificate attesting how you compare to us mortals. Those are some of the toughest test I have seen, and if you were as smart as you want people to believe you are, you would never back down on the challenge. Let us see if you can get the certificate. It should be very easy for you, because you know it ALL. You are not going to let a STUPID with a score under 70 think that you are afraid to show the rest of us how SMART you are, are you?

  7. I'm not. It was stated that all K-1s require extra scrutiny and that the OPs fiancee would be taken to the "shame room" In addition to being inaccurate, such statements are STUPID and irresponsible. I has nothing to do with the fact that I am amazing and have made a perfect world for myself to live in...regardless of where I live...those things are stupid, not because I say so, but because they ARE. And to post them after many other VJ members with experience have said other wise is nothing more than contrary behavior intended to either try to make oneself appear special or to disagree with another just to disagree. MORE stupidity. I have no problem calling out stupidity when I see it.

Then it was said that the OP will have to go to the "shame room" in order to get the "temporary EAD stamp" by way of "explaining" MORE stupid, inaccurate stuff is spewed out. They give that stamp to nearly everyone entering at JFK. And then one becomes a victim because it is pointed out one is saying STUPID things. Who says STUPID things? Smart people? Or stupid people?

Is it rude to point out stupid things said by stupid people? Or is it rude to stand by as a stupid person misleads another person with stupid information?

Who's wives prefer their husbands to do things for them? Wives of smart people or wives of STUPID people? When one says his wife needs an interpreter at POE because she doesn't speak English and then says she comes to America and is "independent", that is a STUPID and unrealistic thing to say. My wife needed lots of help despite having been an English/Russian interpreter for many years. Does someone saying such STUPID things in a forum full of people with Russian speaking immigrant wives think it will be overlooked?

I determine my opinion of people by their actions. Stupid is what stupid does, even Forrest Gump knew that and his IQ was 70. I realize I am judged by the same standard. Judge me rude if you will. Judge me "perfect", "amazing", whatever. At least I am not stupid.

If you are so SMART why then was I told by you and others that without commingling of assets my AOS was going to be denied. It was not! That was STUPID and IRRESPONSIBLE.

In this forum your only goal is to "WIN" an argument just to save your #### from your own arrogance. Let us see ... you probably have a higher I.Q. than Shakespeare, don't you? However, if that were true you would spend more time on other forums, like the MENSA board or the high I.Q. society, instead of wasting your time with simple mortals here ...

    You fit the mold perfectly!!!

By the way, at least you are not stupid ... but you are so amazing that you could easily ace THIS. Or, are you afraid that your true colors will show?

    :bonk:

  8. So now you tell Gary that he is insulting, immediately after telling me that my wife is too needy  Nice work

Benefit of the doubt that you probably just weren't paying enough attention just then, probably due to multitasking issues. All those illegal aliens in your basement needing your help and all.

I am sorry if calling somebody needy is considered an insult. I guess that I am clueless in regards to Political Correctness. What I meant is that my wife likes to be independent, instead of waiting for me to do everything for her. That is a nice feeling given our large age difference, because as I grow older, there may be fewer and fewer things that I can do for her (do not forget that I am a fat, bald, and old American man married to a very young, beautiful, and smart Russian woman).

Regarding "all those illegal aliens" I pledge the fifth, but suffice to say that I do not have a basement. Therefore, you can report me to ICE because they will find nothing. I am Clueless, but not stupid, like amazing Gary likes to call me.

  9.

Yeah, what the HECK is it about that? 8 months in advance Alla will ask about a Shengen visa for a side trip to Germany. OK, I will check on it. Since I really don't know everything, I asked here on VJ and was given great information, no big surprise. As I recall, Clueless in USA was NOT one of the people that gave me information, also no great surprise. So I tell her,, "OK we do this, this , this, etc"

I do not even try to give you information because you know it all.

For you, if a person is not one of your cheerleaders, you call that person stupid. You are plain insulting and arrogant.

  10. Vika also expects me to plan ahead, and take care of details for her, especially when the situation involves US laws, or a situation where my life experience just makes it easier to deal with. When she applied recently for a UK visa, I did the online application, paid the fee, made the biometrics appointment, took her to the appointment, and sent the information packet (that I compiled) to the consulate lockbox. It makes her happy and our lives easier if I just take care of her in this way. We both understand and agree that this stuff is my job. The only trouble we have with it is that even though she has a limited understanding of how a process works (because I am taking care of it), she still feels a MUCH higher level of urgency than I do  .

That is a big difference in my family. My wife does not expect me to do anything for her. Fortunately she is an able individual and can take care of herself. If I do too much for her she gets angry because "she's not a child." (her words). She is happy getting what I give you, but she feels happier when she can contribute and take care of herself. I do not have and do not want to deal with a needy woman.

  11. Actually NO, you stated flatly that his fiancee WOULD be sent to the back room, the "shame room". If you are incapable of giving accurate information to people who ask, at least don't give information to frighten people and make them worry unnecessarily. What the heck is wrong with you?

    Good grief.

If you want to explain your wife's situation you can, there is even a place in this site for POE reviews, why don't you enter it there and the OP can read all the reviews and make up his own mind. The OP has already been advised to allow 4 hours + for POE at JFK which allows for such things if they happen, but there are thousands and thousands of people that arrive from foreign countries at terminal 4 every day and I doubt that more than 1 or 2% goes through extra scrutiny.

You speak in such a matter of fact as though you "know it all," when in fact you do NOT! This is not GARY's forum. This is Visa Journey's forum.

There is nothing wrong with me. However, there seems to be something wrong with you. So wrong that you want everybody to believe that you are the expert in every topic, that everything you say is gospel, and that your life is so perfect that you live in Pandora and we are just the stupid humans who are trying to destroy your perfect world.

I have enter through JKF multiple times. Saying that everything will be a breeze and that the CBP will speak Russian is wrong, because it does not happen all the time. I gave ACCURATE information. If it happened to my wife it can happen to anybody. Remember, only you live in a perfect world and have a perfect life. All of us mortals have to deal with an imperfect world. It is sad, but it is true.

I am happy for you if you can "IMPORT" dozen of legal aliens without having to deal with extra scrutiny. People like me could care less.

  12. I have imported no less than 3 people in this family, PLUS two animals, plus accompanied other VJ members on their flights to JFK. On every occasion there was a Russian speaking person (at least one) present. Ask around, they don't look any different than anyone else, and they do not appear out of thin air, so YOU HAVE TO ASK. For those of you stumped by my last statement, your fiancee will be arriving on a plane full of 300+ people, many of whom will speak both Russian and English (I know this comes as a surprise to some folks). Ask a passenger to ask an official, ANY official for a Russian speaking CBP officer. They ARE there. Neither my wife nor my two sons went to any back room and in each case were processed through the line as quickly as I was.

We have sinced returned again through JFK and had about the same experience entering with a green card as we did entering with a K-1 or K-2 visa. At no time has any of our baggage been inspected nor were we ever exposed to any "increased inspection", questions, etc. Some people do experience increased inspection but it is most definitely NOT routine or to be expected for all people.

Read the reviews of the JFK port of entry, in worst case you can call ahead and request a Russian speaking interpreter.

    YMMV

I only described my wife's experience. Then again, our lives are not perfect.

And it makes sense. She was alone, she did not speak English, and a K-1 requires more scrutiny. So, she was sent to the back room for further processing. Besides, in the back room is where her passport was stamped with the temporary EAD. As I understand, only JFK does this (the EAD).

In JFK, even I (a USC) was sent to the back room (the only time in my entire life). When your life is not perfect, you may have to endure some extra hassles. Maybe it was difficult for the officer to believe that I am a USC.

  13. Thank you all for your responses. I feel a little more comfortable now. I told her to try to meet somebody on the plane to help her with the custom forms. And it is nice to know that somebody at JFK CBP could speak Russian. She knows that she needs to learn English as fast as she can and she is not afraid of challenge and she is looking forward to it. I will drive to JFK. It is about 10 hours drive and we will spend a night in the hotel on our way back. This way I can wait for her as long as it takes. Thank you for great advises!

When my wife arrived, no official at JFK spoke Russian, but they still managed to understand each other. So, do not expect help iin Russian, except for the folks traveling with her.

And be prepared to wait at least two hours, because she will be sent to the back room (the shame room, as I call it) for processing. It is standard procedure at JFK, so nothing to worry about.

  14. thank you.i didn't look there.....:)so the money orders should be made out to uscis as well?

Why is it so difficult to read instructions? All the information you need is there. It says:

"Use the following guidelines when you prepare your check or money order for the Form I-485 and the biometric service fee:

    1. The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the United States and must be payable in U.S. currency; and

    2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

unless you live in Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands, which I assume you do not.

    :innocent:

  15. I even used them to provide me with a certified translation of my Prenup Agreement (which is a subject that will cause a LOT of flack on this site)...

    - Scott

There is nothing wrong with making her sign a pre-nup, but...

... if it has not been reviewed and amended by an attorney on her behalf, it will be like signing toilet paper because it can easily be thrown out in court during divorce proceedings in any state.

Moreover, her attorney cannot be paid by you. So, you'll have a very tough time drawing a pre-nup that will stand the test of court during a nasty divorce.

A better solution is to make sure that you will not need one ... or a post-nup, when she can find and pay for own representation.

    Good luck!

  16. ATM cards work fine everywhere in Ukraine. Ukrainian banks also don't charge fees, but the US banks charge 1) foreign ATM fees, and 2) currency conversion fees. They also round down, and keep the difference. Because the conversion fees are a percentage of the transaction usually, they can be steep.

When I go to Ukraine I usually carry plenty of cash, although I understand that in your circumstances you wouldn't want to walk around too long with a large amount. You might try to draw as much pay in cash as possible just before you leave (not sure if you guys can do that now - old school stuff there). Also, if there is a base in Germany you can get to, the bank on the base should be able to cash a check. Thinking out loud, but you could also use Western Union to wire yourself cash and pick it up in Ukraine anywhere. Years ago, Western Union (on the base) waived most fees for active duty personnel.

    Brad,

Find a bank that does not charge exchange, ATM, or any other fees. They exist. I don't even get charge the customary 3% fee for international transactions with my Credit Card. It is great if you spend money in other currencies, even through Internet (like sending flowers to the MIL on March 8th)

  17. I had no problems with ATM,s anywhere in Ukraine. One card that my pin started with 0 would not work, but I hear that is a known issue.

My PIN often started with zero (0) and never was denied in Russia and/or Ukraine.

Some ATMs will limit the amount you can withdraw to very little. Therefore, try a few different banks until you find one that works for you better. It is a hassle to have to withdraw money everyday or have to use three different banks the same day.

  18. Hey all... Another question.

I know emails do not show proof of meeting in the past two years, but as stated in the guide it can show an on-going relationship. We got engaged when we met in Egypt a few weeks ago. I have been talking to Tanya for the past 10 months, and decided to take one email from both of us for every month we have been talking and put it in with the application. So in all I have 10 for each of us, 20 total. I tried to pick the emails that were short and sweet, and did not show too much about our conversations. However my question is, what can I edit out of the email? I imagine I want to leave the email address and date in there to show who is writing who, but what about the body of the letter? There is nothing too personal in these emails, but I like being a little private. The guide says this; "emails (you can edit personal info with a marker), letters (edit personal info also)." Any ideas are helpful.

Tanya just sent her signed documents through DHL today, so we are hoping they will be here by next week. I am hoping to get the application out next Monday, May 10th. We both have been working very hard on the application together. As all of you are aware of, it can be mentally exhausting. I think I have re-checked everything a hundred times, and I am hoping my "#######-ness" will benefit us in the end. ha ha.

    Thanks again.

I am going to go against the popular vote and suggest you NOT to send any email. They are useless unless asked for them explicitly. Send hard proof (passport stamps, boarding passes) and photos together. Nothing else is required.

For ongoing relationship, start collecting phone bills, for example.

I give this advice by experience. I never showed any kind of communication I had with my now wife. Just proof of my trips there, photos, and telephone calls history. No questions were asked about it.

Edit: I am appalled! I agree with Gary ...

  19. Sureendering our rights will not prevent illegal immigration. No such surrender of rights could even remotely be considered for "the greater good. Please, be serious.

We have plenty of labor laws that are being violated by US employers that can be enforced with punitive taxes and put a stop to the illegal immigration post haste. Anything else is smoke and mirrors. The raccoons will keep coming until we slam the lid shut on the garbage can. The fence around the yard won't stop them.

we do nto need to build a fence, check anyone's ID (except random inspections of employers). Really, I mean you catch a bunch of illegals plucking chickens at Tyson's...you fine Tyson's $300,000,000, run them into bankruptcy, sell their factory to pay the tax...and NO ONE will hire an illegal. From now on, chicken pluckers will get a paid a fair wage, get benefits and have better and safer working conditions..or else. Chicken will cost more. You bust a landscaper mowing lawns in Brentwood and confiscate a few mansions to pay the tax and NO ONE will hire an illegal. From now on, people mowing lawns will get paid better and have safer woring conditions...or else. Getting your grass cut will cost more. When the word gets out...NO jobs, NO medical care, NO welfare, NO education, NO wire transfer of funds...where do you think they will go? They will walk right back. Adios Amigos. Glad to be your neighbor! And we can be proud that we saved them from being exploited and abused and taken advantage of by the evil and greedy Yanquis!!!!!!!!

You indeed have a beef against Mexicans. And it is you calling racist anybody who dares challenge your bright ideas.

Great example of the "Pot Calling the Kettle Black."

Until now I had my doubts, but now it is clear. Anyway, what else could I have expected from ... Gary.

In case you were not informed, there are thousands, if not millions, of illegals from Asia, Europe (Poland and Ireland are the worst offenders), Africa, and even Americans who do not speak Spanish (Canadians and Haitians, for example).

You like to talk wonders about our lovely neighbors to the North, but the Urban Institute estimates "between 65,000 and 75,000 undocumented Canadians currently live in the United States." DHS estimates THIS NUMBER higher. And you affirm that there is no reason for Canadians to become illegals in the USA. You just don't like Mexicans. That is your motivation.

  20. My problem is, it's proving to be very flawed and costing us a lot of money as well as causing quite a few other problems. That and the fact it seems really illogical...I think most people would agree with that.

So, let us say that we have a pair of "legal" refugees. They are not USCs yet, and maybe it will take them years to qualify for citizenship. They have a child. According to your logic, the child has no citizenship, unless the parents return to a country where they escaped from and in which they may be murdered, or at least jailed for life.

    Is that your suggestion? Interesting!

I like the ideas of this group of people more and more every day. Слава Богу!

  21. Most of your posts have consisted of insults, so I will consider the source. My posts have detailed many arguments and reasons for my position. Yours have detailed none. Except why I am not a good candidate for President or Secretary of State. Now there is a post that goes right to the point. You still cannot explain how it is that you are OK with your illegal immigrant "friends" being exploited and underpaid so that greedy American business owners can increase their profits and reduce their trouble in paperwork. Some friend you turned out to be.

You have nothing to add to the conversation and I will not waste my time any further answering 4th grade level insults. I mean, what IS your position? Open the borders, look the other way as people are exploited because they "want it"? Or what, exactly? It seems your point is to argue with Gary on whatever position I take and take none of your own. It really makes you look foolish and incapable of thought just to continue to argue about....nothing.

I don't explain my reasons to you because arguing with you is like arguing with a dictator: it is your way or the highway. Otherwise you appeal to insults.

Your ideas are similar to the era of PROHIBITION. Everybody thought that preventing the sale of alcohol was going to solve all problems, reason why it was added to the constitution, but instead it created many more and worse problems.

Your ideas are exactly the same. Prohibit everybody from hiring illegals and they will leave. WRONG! You prevent illegals from carrying out legal activities (honorable work, even if they are exploited) and they will turn into illegal and violent activities that will not be TAXED. Your "solution" will drive criminal activity to the roof (no pun intended).

The real solution is education and an orderly insertion into society. And those who are caught being illegals unable to follow the rules of society, should pay the consequences of the laws that already exist.

I will not continue your slavery argument anymore. It is a total waste of time. I do not subscribe to your theory of "my way or the highway." This is not VJ anymore. This is Gary's board. He knows it all and his arguments are the only right ones. The rest of us are stupid, unless we come out and write: "whatever you say, Master!"

You have a lot of followers already. Think about a life in politics. You might go far and your ideas will become law.

  22. What's the 5% you disagree with????

I gave up on religious stuff years ago, I have no time for it and the religious faithful will argue in circles and finally say "God said it, I believe it, that settles it" How do you argue with logic like that? I just spend more time skeet shooting. PULL!

But I will give you credit Mox for knowing alot about the religious fairy tales, you obviously spent more time on it than I ever would.

Gary, THIS GUY reminds me of you.

We need more people like you two in this country. Life will be a lot better in USA if we were all like you two.

  23. Ckuekess...one can definitely say you chose a good name...it does not matter what I think, what I will tolerate or what any one else chooses to tolerate. Employing illegals is a violation of dozens of our laws, not the least of which is immigration law. You are OK with that? Would you be OK with that for your immigrant wife for whom you just went through the process of getting a green card?

In case you hadn't caught the drift, or ignored it, illegal immigrants are not really slaves by the wikipedia definition. Big surprise. You got me there, point for Clueless, but in so doing proved you are incable of abstract thought and analogous comparison. Great job, thanks. The comparison is made because at the rate most illegals are paid it would be more expensive for the US businesses exploiting them to own them as slaves. They are todays replacement for slaves, they are the underclass which has replaced the slaves, then the segregated and exploited black people. The segregated and exploited black people became more trouble than they were worth in the 60s and we relegated them to the ghetto and welfare to keep them out of regular society, like we did to the Indians. We destroyed their education and made sure they will never get really good jobs and be dependent forever on the government. We replaced them with changes to the immigration law made in 1965 (hmmm, coincidental to the civil rights act) and the flood of illegals began.

I would like for you to explain WHY you would be against enforcing our labor laws, wage and hour standards, and workplace safety regulations. Is it really OK with you that people are put in unsafe working conditions, underpaid, overworked and that American companies pocket huge sums of money on the backs of other people, do not pay into the SS system or medicare. This is all OK with you? Employers thumb their nose at all our laws and it is OK by you? YOU require YOUR employer to pay you all these things, yet you accept that your competitor may not be and may be underpricing his work and competing unfairly which can cause you to lose your job? This is OK by you?

I mean if you just wish to continue to be stupid, I have no problem with that, just say so. I support your right to choose.

Whoever uses insults to put down an adversary has no argument to stand on.

I am stupid, you are smarter than Einstein, and the world is flat. Go figure!

I am glad you are not my friend and I don't have to deal with you on a daily basis. Now I understand why ALL my friends are foreign nationals (some of them illegals, but I live and let live).

  24. I was wrong, Gary. You should not be the president of the USA. There is a better job for you: Secretary of State!

Who needs Ms. Clinton when we have one of the greatest minds in Vermont?

You will do a hell of a job in foreign relations. It will be a great (dis) service to your country.

I forgot to add one thing.

I surely hope that your perfect life in your perfect world is always perfect, because with your attitude if you ever find yourself in a very difficult situation (like the "slaves" you swear to care about) you are going to end up eating a lot of fecal matter, because you will never accept working conditions that do not provide all the protections and benefits that YOU "deserve."

    From Wikipedia:

Slavery is a form of forced labor in which people are considered to be the property of others. Slaves can be held against their will from the time of their capture, purchase or birth, and deprived of the right to leave, to refuse to work, or to demand wages.

I do not see how slavery applies to those people when nobody is forcing them to work against their will. Nobody has purchased them and they can leave and return to their countries whenever they please. If I had to do it to better my own situation, I would find a way too.
