I just schedule my fiancee and her daughter's embassy interview in Manila as was surprised how quickly we got their appointments. I forgot to take a screen shot of the calendar but here are the dates that were available for the month of November as of today October 25: Nov 4,6,8 / Nov 11,13,14,15 / Nov 18,19,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,29. Why do you need the petitioner's mariage certificate? You need the beneficiary's marriage certificate. Also, technically, you don't need beneficiary's birth certificate for the I-130.

Can you post the details starting from the day you requested expedite from NVC? This is useful for others who may be in the same situation as you were.

I am about filing for my dad. So i realized, i needed form i-130.

My parents are not married but my father has always been in my life from inception.

So currently, here is my application checklist

PAYMENT (Check)

US CERTIFICATION / PASSPORT (Petitioner)

BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Petitioner)

MARRIAGE CONTRACT (Petitioner) Do i need this? YES u need that one.

Interested to know when you receive it. Our I130 was approved on October 18th. I would like to find out what to do next! Does anyone know how long it should take from approval of petition to interview with embassy?? Tired of being seperated from my husband...going on 7 months apart! :'(

Yes NVC will assign the interview date. My mom's interview date was 20 days exactly after I received the notice that her case is complete

or they emailed you?

I call this morning, and they emailed me this afternoon.

Its says here that, they just email me again if they forwarded the documents to us embassy manila..

until she will feel better. then u and her decide what is the best for the kids and to both of you.

According to the instructions of I130, it seems to apply for Mother the USC only needs to submit copy of naturalization certificate/ us passport and copy of birth certificate. Is it that simple?

Don't I need to submit other supporting documents at this stage like passport style pics/ copy of marriage certificate, G325 etc?
