Congrats on AOS filing. They returned his passport back and now he is in AP. Told him to wait until he gets a letter to submit passport.

no nothing yet. I called DOS and they are telling me its administrative processing. I am going to call the consulate today. I also made an inquiry with the congressmen and they are giong to contact them on Friday. Hoping that they get more detail.

Congratulations on your marriage. We got a 2nd 221g now to submit wedding plans once he arrives in US. They asked that along with his passport. So, now just waiting.

Hi Zahid! My fiance have been getting calls from the consulate. We got a 2nd call on Friday that they want the original copy of the document so we sent that that directly to the consulate as they instructed. And now we wait for answer.

They extended our petition. Even though we will not need it. They gave us a dealine and that is next year. My new year is starting out pretty good now.
