Mayby birth sertificate will work?
We may use one document for two purposes. For example, we may use your DHS work permit as proof of both your identity and work-authorized immigration status. Your birth certificate or passport may serve as proof of age. However, you must provide at least two separate documents.
Nope Birth certificate establishes age and for people born in the U.S., U.S. citizenship. That's it.
RM 00203.200 Evidence of Identity for an SSN Card
https://secure.ssa.gov/apps10/poms.nsf/lnx/0100203200
C. Policy - general rules for evidence of identity
4. Why a birth record is not evidence of identity
A birth record establishes a fact of birth (i.e., that the person was born) and the legal name at birth. It is not sufficient evidence to establish identity for SSA purposes because it does not establish the person’s continued existence. Therefore, SSA does not accept a birth record as an identity document because it is not adequate evidence to show that the person is still alive. SSA needs evidence that shows the individual continues to exist beyond the date of birth up to the present time.
You could give it a try applying with the Form I-551 (Green Card) and birth certificate. All you have to lose is they say come back when you have a valid passport for the child. You need proof of age, identity and work authorization. The birth certificate is proof of age and the Form I-551 is proof of work authorization. If they accept the Form I-551 as proof of identity without the passport, you have provided two documents.
Maybe i confused you, i mean green card AND birth sertificate. What do you think?

Guys, do you think i will have another interview for my I-485 or they can waive it, since i already had it in 2006?
-
I will have my biometrics on 11/10. Today got appoitment letter in the mail.

No, i was married US citizen. USCIS sent me NOID in 2008 because of Adam Walsh Act. My ex did something in 2004 against minor and i didn't know anything. After my ineterview in 2006 i stucked in FBI namecheck, then of course i got NOID, after that i filed for VAWA.

can't edit now. my priority Date is May,2002.

LostinNJ, I apply for AOS in 2005, had interview in 2006. My I-130 was approved in 2003.
My Priority Date is 2006.
-
I am waiting for interview. It's supposed to be before the end of the year, that's what my attorney told me.
I was reading LostinNJ link, maybe they will send me green card without interview because i already had my I-485 interview in 2006 with my ex.
-
You guys will be approved, the longer it's pending the better chance u have, if they wanted to deny ur case it would've been done a while back
+1.
-

LPRs of the United States of America are required to file income taxes, if they desire to stay LPRs, that is. You do that by filing jointly with your husband, even if your income is 0.
If you file for removal of conditions via form I-751 in less than 2 years, you'll need to produce the tax returns showing your name on it.
The foreign spouse was not an LPR in 2008 (AOS in 2009). However, they had a choice as to whether or not to treat the foreign spouse as a resident alien or non-resident alien for tax purposes (even if the foreign spouse has never set foot in the USA).
John
If they don't have SSN then they will need ITIN. Without this numbers they can not file taxes together. But they can file amended tax return later on.

So now you might understand more, if I don't get custody I could lose my child forever
And what do you think she will feel? Why don't you both work it out for the best interest of the child?
-
Wouldn't you say that your child's welfare would be a good reason? Do you really want to hear an "I HATE YOU!" from him when he's old enough?

LostinNJ, why they will take it? They can take only EAD and AP cards.
