Hey girl, hubby already has his visa since last monday! You don't get an NVC number, the same case number follows from last time. It took 2 weeks for the NVC to get our petition, they kept it maybe 1 day, and sent it to Casa, who got it in a week. They called hubby, he got interview the following week. Approved, and visa picked up a week after interview. Good luck!!

We are trying to get all our paperwork together. I know we need court, police and medical record. Which sponsor paperwork do I fill out...I-864 or something? Also, will he need photos, marriage license, our birth certs, my divorce paperwork? Let me know exactly what you guys needed please!

We were reaffirmed Feb. 28, 6 days after they received our response to the NOIR. Call DOS 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0 to speak to someone. Ask specifically if your case has gotten to NVC yet, or the consulate. Our case got to NVC last monday, and Casa called my hubby this AM to tell him his interview...next monday at 3pm! Call DOS today and let me know what they say

So I am hoping to hear for an interview date this friday, but probably next week. Don't do automated, speak with someone directly at DOS. When you call 202-663-1225, push 1, then 0. Call them this morning
