    She just told me that he should be able to use his birth certificate to renew his passport since there are so many people that don't even have a cedula. I know this process is long and SUPER frustrating, but just take each step and each day one at a time and don't get down. It will come to fruition if you want it to. There were so many times I didn't know what to do, but remember......
