  1. hey guys joining in on the june filers :o, Uscis said i was approved for a nonimmigrant worker :( and i sent in the alien fiancee one so 0.0 little bit of a tease there. Hoping for a quick NOA2, hope to get my girl here by christmas :D

    is that mean we are about to get the NOA2 in the mail ?

  3. I understand she is going to need documents proving ties. I plan on sending her out NOA1 and an entire copy of our application i sent in. She works as a contractor for a housing company. Her boss said he would write her a letter and use his company stamp and sign the document saying she works for him. Will that be sufficient?

    I also told her to bring cell phone bills in her name

    Credit card bills in her name

    and bank statements showing she has money in canada ?

    What else any suggestions ?

    Its really not your place to judge the situation in the first place. So if your not going to add anything to a thread you probably should not post. But, like everyone said they have to leave before the 90 days and the 90 day stipulation is a trial pretty much to see if you love each other. :star:
