      I don't know if anyone has noticed but I've curtailed my own involvement on VJ as a direct result of TallCoolOne (TCO who is commonly referred to as the Village Idiot by many of us in the PH Regional Forum, via PM only as to not violate the TOS). I had taken the tact of reporting every offensive post by TCO to the moderators and while that has resulted in many posts being removed and the account being thread banned it has not curtailed the behavior.
