Congrats to all of the ones that got approved yesterday!

My Sweety has Tonsillitis this is why she is so sick. She is on some good drugs that cost 300 dollors!! But if you dont have the money you dont get whatyou need in that country.She is doing a little beter but still not out of the woods.Hope she will be fine in a few days but now she is worried about her business because she needs to run it to make money. I told her relaxe if any thing Ill send her more money.It will be fine I just hope she does not push her self to get back to work to soon,She is very proud and does not like asking me for money.

And Im feeling a little down today because I see all of this april filers getting done and there dates as pasted mine,I wish they would get mine done soon.Im all ready to buy the plane tickets and go right now.

Guys Im so worried about my baby Girl she is very sick.Im very worried about her because the Ukriane does not have good Docters. If you get real sick its not good.She has the flu but its not acting like any flu I have seen.Im very worried.She has come on only a few times this past 2 days and she looks so bad.

If she gets worse I may jump on a plane in be there this weekend.Pray for us people I could not handle it if some thing happened to my baby!

This H1N1 is bad news as it does not act like normal flu.. most have no fever and get really sick very fast and since no fever they don't know how bad it is.. Bad Dr or not.. really sick=Dr appt

Yes she has high fever.It goes up and down.And the docter has come to there house.He wants he to go to hospitol if she does not get beter by morning.Maybe she will be fine and Im worried about nothing.

I wonder what the number of these overweight employees out there at VSC who really trying to process our applications in speedy manner or regardless if size they are simply lazy since they got a cushy job and never worry about being laid off for non performance since they all hold GOVERNMENT jobs ?

One heck of a first impression you just made ... nothing lazy about them given the number of filings they have to deal with every day... there are better ways to vent your frustration other than attacking the employees at USCIS and making posts here that make you look like a real tool...

Some people dont know how to do it any other way,You just have to learn how to forgive them.I have face all typs in my life,Meny who looked at me and judge me by my back ground and skin color.I have gotten a thick skin over the years so when some one post stuff just to attack I tend not respond or say any thing to them. I find its the best way to deal with it.

I don't know why the gloom and doom has set in these last couple of days. But right now, it seems like it will be an incredible feat if I'm home in Florida before Christmas.

Come on, VSC. Keep our spirits up with an April approval or two (or five, or ten, or all?).

Where do I get my pom-poms?

Hey I feel you,I have been this way for close to 2 weeks now,As my date came closer the more stressed I have become. Its like now Im at the end of the first part Im ready to get on with the second!! Its driving me nuts.I must check my file online 20 times a day.Ill most likly know before I get a email from them because I check it so much LOL

I have been looking at some of those that are dated for 12/08 and found that most of them are China or a country that have 4 months added on the waiting time.This countrys give them a extended 4 month waiting,I think they are red flag from the start.

I have a friend that told me they have put a 4 month hold on visa from IRaq. Its been red flaged so now if you want to merry some one from this country you may see another 4 months added on to your 6 months.

Kathy, when you got your RFE did it show that you have been touch, you and i are the sme filing date and i haven't heard or even felt a touch, i hope the same person has my file as you, because maybe i will be next.

Actually, we got our first touch the day before we found out an RFE was sent. The next day was when the RFE showed up on the USCIS website.

But, don't loose hope I have read were several people have never seen a touch on the website, but received their NOA2. It won't be much longer!

Maybe thats why they want more proof,I hope I dont run into this problem, Me and Anya really will on have know each other for a year this Nov, But we are so in love and talk to each other every day of the week,We have cams on out computers and then she gets home from work Im just getting to work.We spend most of our free time chating and seeing each other,We have not stop doing this now for close to a year.If thats not love then I dont know what is.I hope they dont use that stupid 2 year thing because 2 years is crazy.Meny people fall in love in the first few week.

The two year requirement is not for length of having known one another, just that you must've met or seen your significant other within the last two years (with the exception of extreme circumstances, etc etc). Many couples apply after only having known each other a year. As long as you have met Anya in person (and can prove that), you shouldn't have any problems.

Chileck, I'm sorry to hear about the RFE. But, as others have said, this means that your file is at least on someone's desk and waiting to be worked on. Once they receive whatever it is they're missing, it'll continue on in the queue. And it does sound as if they're asking for something they feel is missing from the package from what you've said, not that require more of any particular thing. Filter through your initial package and take a look. Maybe it was something simple?

I myself wrote a date wrong on my own G325A (employment date, they didn't seem concerned so it still hasn't been changed), despite checking it over and over until the words blended! It happens.

Unfortunately, it also has to be pointed out that it isn't unheard of to receive RFEs for things you did, in fact, send. *shakes head*

Wish you were right my friend but we learned that we got the RFE today.I don't know what they will request exactly?

What a bummer. But as Tina&Roland said, at least they are working on your file. Just wait for the hardcopy of the RFE. In the meantime check your copy of the I-129F to see what it might possibly be so that you can send it as soon as you get the actual RFE notification. After that you will get the NOA2 sooner than you expect.

Thank you very much for your concern and optimist views my friends.I will take your advice and check my copy of the I-129F.I think 'Request for Additional Evidence & Request for Initial Evidence' are different from each other,am I wrong? And ours is the second one,I mean 'Initial Evidence'.Not sure but just a thought,it's something about missing information.

Yes you have to wait and then hit * 1 and you get some one to talk too.It took me about 5 minutes to figure this out.After I did this I got some one right away.I really only stayed on hold for like 2 maybe 3 minutes,It was very fast.I have to say for the first time calling them I was very please,They were very nice and ask me some quistions.I gave them the short verison on how me and my Anya met.The man seemed very pleased and really seem like he enjoyed talking to me.And he would not get off the phone untell he felt he had answered all my quistions.

So it made me feel much beter about the system they have in place.

So does this month feel more stressfull or am I the only one feeling it? Its like I find my self thinking more and more is it going to be Approved?? Are they going to turn us down?? I found myself last night on my Knees praying to God that its Approved,I dont care if it takes another week I just want it to be Approved.

I hope every one is Approved but I know they have to turn down some people.I just hope Im not one of them,I really do love Anya so much.And its worse that we can't be with each other right now.I wish I had the money I would go see you right now,But I have to wait and plan out the interview.

It was a slow day it yesterday. Only 3 from what I see.Hope they do more today. I check every few hours my inbox its starting to drive me a little crazy I hope it comes soon.

Okay I have a qustion. What do they check for over in Vermont?/ I mean they cant check to see if Anya has a record thats why she brings a police report.So they must do a hard back ground check on me. Amd I right? And then when it gets to Kiev they check on her there?? How much can they check out on a person when they live in another country?

Do they have some typ of list they have to check to see if her names on it? I had some one come in my shop and told me a friend of his merried a girl from Russia and he was on a sub.Because she had belong to a group when she was younger they pulled his clearanse. They must have some good info on every body,Its kind of scarry what they know how a days.

Yes I was worried about that too. My papers were in by April 2 and I see some being done all around mine,Lets both hope we dont get on the long list.

I think it just goes by the month,Like last month its was feb filers checking like crazy not mostly march and april,So Im sure it can handle the flood of poeple.
