What's happening .... no significant approval's this week.....

Good morning people hope you are all having a good weekend....got the mail today and nothing yet I pray to God this week we get our approval...damn they are so slow

no i dont think it has to do with a country at all i just think they are lazy and they just make it harder to see if you are going to go through with it and why i say this you know it is funny they give all these visa's out to some people who do not deserve it and why i say this is cos either they are just coming and they change there minds cos then they realize there spouses culture is not what they expected or they are here working so much that they never spend time together what kind of marriage is that or they give visa;s to the school or artist and others that are to be the right ones to get it first and here we sit waiting and waiting and if we had our spouses we would be so damn happy and loving like a real family.....but they dont see that and it is a shame but give someone a visa who will waist it and the time of there marriage with someone til they say oooh i did not know it was this way ###### that is horrible but soooooooooo true.....

I think we should all apply to work there and help out future people .

Trust me Teya if I could I would. And then I would tell them to send out all the other March and April filers from here there approvals. Hell I would even offer to help work on the rest of the applications so people could get their approvals. Just call it my civil duty at a citizen

I agree every year for the past three years it was like that when they got to the second to third week with one month the other month began and frankly this does suck.... but they are taking there time like always it seems they either lost people or rehiring for the job....lol anyway tom i agree the Consulate should have made it easier on you and your wife they should have been to take the app. and file it just as if you were here cos they are the AMERICANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Embassyyyyyyyyyyyyyy for the AMERICANS DONT YOU KNOW lol lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo omg when will this stop and be WE THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE.........omg

No i understand that you are waiting from CSC. what i was trying to say is that they are approving k-1's at VSC like crazy so that will ahve to slow down soon because they are almost done through June and some of July but they are sending them to NVC also so i don't know why they would slow us down then if they are behind. the only thing i can say about the k-1's is that they go through NVC and no paperwork goes to the NVC from us. we bring the paperwork to the consulate whereas the marriage petitions we are sending info to NVC. this could be why there is a hold up. the economy is down so maybe there aren't as many employees or theya re on vacation or whatever.

thank you for explaining you may be right but it should be the opposite way the I-130's should be in june and july not the fiance's we are the married ones already omg....USCIS is asssssssssssss backwards dont you think.......they process the k-1 faster so they can reaply cos most of them get denied and this is a big money maker my opinion....I may be wrong but I dont think so cos if it was not a money maker me and my husband would have been together two years ago....

they are probably going to send you a letter. i don't know if the system is working properly. it is though for vermont but i do0n't know if they are behind woth nvc and that is why they are mailing them first. so just wait and be patient marie yahya

well today is the third day we got touched omg what the hell is USCIS doing or going on we need this approval and all they are doing is touching without an answer i would rather know what is going on then just the status on review.........................give us an answer pleaseeeeeeeeeee so we to can do our vj dance

it's just really making me anxious.. i hope there's nothing wrong with the application.. just we never get a touched. but i will stay positive and patient:D

that is all we can do but the best thing about waiting is we have so many families on here that help us when it is good or bad and we make eachother feel better about things so this is all we can do is be patient even when we complain or worry about it

everybody seems to get their approval.. but we didn't have our noa2 yet i hope they did not forget about us

dont feel bad our NOA! is the 24th so we are in the same boat i know it will be soon for us all who did not get one yet

I called my senator and had two touches 30 days ago and nothing.

your filing is for may and your notice is in june that is way soon that is only one month funny but ours is in march and it is july wich is 4months and 4days so i am hoping for an approval soon

Since your NOA1 is 2010-03-24, there is very high chance for you to get approved very soon.

As Indigo said, series of touches are most probably a good sign for you.

Yes. Series of touches back to bake usually means you're due for approval. Anytime now. Maybe even tomorrow.

There is no concrete proof on this. In the past, I had requested through my Congressman to expedite our I-130. They talked to USCIS as per his secretary (I don't that was true or not), but no use and no touches happened. On a blue moon, the approval happened.

can anyone tell me would USCIS put that they touched our case if the senator or congressman asked them to check our status

you know i agree with mary everyone has there own way of loving and really if you think about it we love our husbands and wives the way they should be loved and the process is very long we help eachother get through this as a family here on vj you may think it is going over board by loving someone that much but then again you may have grpwm up where love is just having someone to say you love and you said this process gives you alittle more time before your wife comes to be single well then you might want to take a look at that for your self and really see if you want to be single if you can wait that long or longer.....I know for me my soulmate my heart and soul is with my husband and we are as one not to be apart and separated as long as this process take's us and to be honest even though we know how long it might take our love is something you can not and will not put a time frame on not even USCIS.....

That touch came because the Senator office called. It doens't mean much. Everytime a Senator's office calls USCIS, they call an immigration officer. If an immigration officer so much as views your case, it get's updated/touched. And that's what you are seeing. You're due for approval any days now. So don't worry. It's coming shortly. Hopefully before Ramadhan.

Good morning everyone...your welcome (hun) I hope we all get approved omg the senator wrote me this morning and said she talked with USCIS yesterday and that they said it would take alittle but they would get back to her and I think it is cos of all the updating they are doing but that is my oppinion... but they touched our case yesterday to so who knows they make us wait so damn long...anyway lets get more approvals today

hey anthony my husband and i just got touched tonite so we are still waiting as well but positive is the best route the vj families that we all have are what keeps us sane and going for the long haul......

omg could that mean they put your petition with april filers ours was sent 16 march received march 24 and our noa1 date is march 24 which the same day they receive it and the last touch was march 26 but i don't know why they did yours that way but i think they put yours with april good luck though

hey hun my husband is probably right but what i would do is call USCIS and i would have your call escalated to an officer you just tell who answer the phone that you have an issue with your case and tell them you need to speak to an officer to escalte the call and talk to the officer and tell them you NOA1 is for march 25th and that there is no way that you could get a receipt number in march if they got it in april, but your notice says march 25th so they have to go by that... and if you dont get help there you need to call your senator and explain it to them and they can help you someway...
