just for everyones info i will share with you what i was told about the 1-800 USCIS number when you escalate your call to an officer they are not like an officer that can see what the supervisors at the CSC or VSC can do they just see another screen that shows them what time frame and status you have to wait and they can see what the Services centers are really up to on there dates but they are not to give out any info that will benifit you...it is like a decoy for the service centers until they are done with your processing of your files....i also found out that nothing with your new petitions have anything to do with your new ones unless there is a mager threat if you know what i mean....it is better to just wait the time of the 5 months and do call USCIS 1-800 number to document the calls so when you do call CSC or VSC you will have the option to tell them you have done everything to find out what is going on with your case and that is when they will help you .......but this is the way to go and wait til your time is up so they have no excuses or choice but to help you...cos they see it as a annoyance when you call to soon....but do get your senator or congressman involed if you need to like at the 4 month mark just to keep them on there toes...

good...you should...the first women that answers all you have to say is you have called USCIS several times and nothing is being done you are at the 5 month mark and you need more assistance and ask for Ruth by name but dont say i sent you lol but you know just make a point of making her think that you kinda know her from talking to her or getting her voice mail and leaving your nane and number and she did not get back to you or something like that ....anyway i used whatever to get someone...but on that 3003 number me and that women had it out the other day she was soooooooooo nasty and rude omg....but not everyone likes there jobs...

I hope you hear something today. You have been waiting a long time and its time you get your approval. 5 months is a long time and then we have to go through NVC which is even more waiting. Good Luck Marie_Yahya and i really really hope u get something today.

that is the same lady i got and she transfered me to Ruth just ask dont be affraid ok lets see if this works for everyone i will give you the number she called me from her name is Ruth ok she is head supervisor 1-949-643-9688 that is her number i just looked at my caller ID ok try that but if that dont work call they other 3004 and ask to talk to Ruth she is nice and helpfull....we got touched again today so hopefully we will know something tomorrow hope this works and they can not throw your file away from calling any of them....they have no right or authority......and that is a fact....

hey guys no update yet except for this info to share with you guys....i called the number twice that anthony gave and the fist time it was ok but the second time i got this women that was rude/nasty and plain mean...so what i did was i went up a number....let me show you...anthony gave this number...

1-949-389-3003 and i put 1-949-389-3004 and until i get results i will call every extention that i possibly can but the women they make me talk to has some pull with seeing the cases her name is Ruth so whatever extention you get maybe you should ask for her...this is all i have i am still waiting on the senators aid and this women Ruth who told me she would call me by today which is our 5 month mark....have a good day everyone

hey everyone this is the update is that i talked to the senators aid and she said now it will be monday before we hear anything so it is just a waiting game for now but i am going to explode if this doent come soooon,,,me and my husband are married 6 months today and 5 months on Uscis on tuesday huh.....

I'm just a week short of 4 months mark for I-130 filed. I'm not freaking out yet. I don't think I should at least until I cross over the VJ timeline. I wish there was another such site as Visa Journey. Then we could've cross referenced out junks. I hope Yayha_Marie gets some good news in couple of days, however.

thank you for all your support everyone.....i am hoping to that they will approve our I-130 this week.....I already e-mailed the Senator's Aid and I already called CSC and i am waiting on both of them to get back to me....what I dont understand is all this ####### with this fiance petition.....my husbands interview was in january 2010 it is well over six months and they sent already two months ago they were putting it in storage and filed away...this dont make sense...they send me anotther leter yesterday dated on the 20th july saying it is closing for validity time has gone...well ok and then on the status for it it is still ppst decision activity .....lets get real here people...if they denied us and they sent it back why dont they just freakin closed that and get on with the new one....I just dont want nothing to intterfear with our I-130 petition now....omg ....the problem with USCIS they dont know there assssssssssssss from there lebow omg they need to do what is right close out the denials and get on with the new....anyway we are still waiting....

I understand what you're saying but I don't think it matters, the I-129 doesn't have to go in, it is just advised that you send it in, the I-129 gives you a visa for 6 months while you're waiting on the I-130 approval, I was told to submit a I-129 just in case it got accepted before the I-130, that way i could have gone out to America to be with my wife while the other one is being processed... as it happens you're now on the verge of your I-130 approval or as the case may be... disapproval which will only happen if you are not genuine, they rarely reject a genuine case for a petition I-130.

I think you should keep an eye on your USCIS status... mine came through at the very end of their working day... I filed at Califonia and they are 9 hours behind me... does that help?

yes thank you so much for that explination omg ok so you dont need the I-129 to be filed with the I-130 ok so that means they are working on the I-130 as is nothing to make if faster...ok so i pray today will be the e-mail for this approval and yes we are more then real with our love and there is no way that we can be denied ...so we just have to wait now...again...thank you so much

My wife and I submitted a I-130 and I-129, the I-129 was submitted after the I-130, I later found out that in some case they close one because they were not submitted together... they termed it as administration closed. I recieved my acceptance email yesterday for both petitions, but they only worked on the one which was the I-130, they said that they didn't need the I-129 afterall, which made me wonder but the good news was, they continued as if they were together.

I'm not enitely sure why both forms need to be submitted but I think the Attorney told us it was because one was quicker than the other, make what you want of that but it confused me... is your I-130 still running?

but the i-129F that they are talking about is the one we filed as fiance last year....i just sent in for this filing and I-130 petition with the biograhic forms i never sent in an I-129F from with this I-130....

OK ANYONE WHO HAS APPLIED ON A i-129f before the I-130 can you tell me this.....today in the mai i recieved another letter that states my I-129F petition has been closed..the first letter two months ago stated it went to storage....does this have anything to do with why our I-130 petition is taking so long damn... I dont get this ####### we already knew this that we were denied so that is why we got married in morocco not here cos we had to appy for the I-130 omg are these people stupid.... and why would they put two cases together if one was denied omg ....so now that they touched our case today will that be our time for approal...hope someone can help with this...thank you

Ok people an update....I am still waiting for the women from CSC to call me but I also e-mailed my senators office today and she wrote me and i am waiting to hear back from the aid and then my husband and I checked tonite and they touched our file so hope and pray it is good news...keep your fingers and toes crossed for us with lots and lots of prays thank you

all you have to do is the same thing tell them what i told you i said to them and tell them you called the USCIS 1800 several times and they promised you that CSC would get in touch with you VIA e-mail and they havent yet... and remember to say that they never gave you a smrt number and you can say that you e-mailed them and you got no response and they should transfer your call to like mine

So what did you talk to CSC that they give your an answer about your case ? I mean I called and they just told me to call 800 no.

OH well today I finished 4 months exactly.......

well the women i spoke to i told her that i had been escalated several times and they never gave me smrt number and that they said that they e-mailed the CSC office and that i would hear something and i told her i did not hear so could they please please help me and she transfered me to another women and then i talked to her and she had two screens and she looked at both to see were our case was and then she told me they had it in a certain place and it was on hold and to give her my phone number and she would find out something and get back to me hopefully by friday or by tuesday and that is what happened

we did the I-129F the fiance petition that was sent back to USCIS and me to i am wanting to know very badly why they would put our file other then the normal petitions...I will update as soon as i hear anything
